    RECIPE:
    1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    One small red onion, sliced
    3 tsp oregano
    3 tsp smoked paprika
    3 tsp garlic granules
    1 ½ tsp onion granules
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    6 tbsp coconut aminos
    Toppings:
    Black beans
    Mashed sweet potato
    Mashed avocado
    Cilantro-lime Sauce:
    One large bunch of fresh cilantro
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1-2 pitted medjool dates
    1/2 cup hemp seeds
    1/2 cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
    OPTIONAL:
    1/2 tsp salt or to your taste
    1/2 an avocado
    I USED MY TIGER NUT WRAPS FOR THIS VIDEO : • Easy 2 Ingredient Flat...
    Instructions:
    For the Cauliflower:
    Combine cauliflower, red onions, seasoning, and coconut aminos. Put on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes, mix and bake for an additional 20 mins.
    For the Sauce:
    Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
    Put it together:
    Top your wrap with mashed sweet and avocado. Then add seasoned cauliflower, black beans, and cilantro-lime sauce. Enjoy

    Javant thanks for stating each ingredient thats going in as you put it in. This serves as a good reminder. Please do this with all your recipes. In your old recipes sometimes you would add many ingredients and it wasn't clear what you were adding without rewinding or looking at the full recipe.

    I have incorporated the " Eat for your Blood Type" and your recipes. And oh my goodness. I do have to make some changes with seasonings and ingredients. But with the combination of both eating habits. I can feel my gut healing already. Literally. I can feel the healing happening in my gut. God bless you brother.
    Edit: Please keep doing "night shade recipes" Through the Blood type eating book. I have discovered tomatoes is a no no for my blood type. Thanks in advance.

      I did the tomato sauce because it's something that is difficult to replace or sub for. Things like whole tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, etc are easy to work around or simply omit from recipes. Glad to hear that you are having success! 👌🏾

    I made the Cilantro Sauce/Dressing 3 days ago and used all of the ingredients except for the Dates. It is wonderful 🥰❗ Now I just have to try the flatbread and wrap❗ Thank you‼

    Can you give us some information about Italian parsley I love to have some in my salad does it have good nutrients value?

      Italian parsley is a healthful food, however, it does have a somewhat high level of oxalates which could be problematic for kidney stones. I would not eat a lot of it personally.

      That would depend on the exact ratio of every ingredient. So measure how much of each you're using in your recipe and then look up the individual stats for each ingredient. The highest protein per gram ingredients in this recipe are most likely the beans, hemp seeds, and tiger nut flour assuming you made the tortilla as well. Keep in mind each ingredient also has a different amount of protein that is actually bioavailable. It would also depend on your own gut microflora and how efficient they are at assimilating protein.

    Awesome videos. ❤Quick question the supplement you have most of those are in Lentils. Lentils are a good source of plant-based protein and fiber, and are also high in B vitamins, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.

      I have some salads, soups, hummus, bowls, and cooked vegetables dishes that are lower calorie. Every recipe that I've shared here was completely or partially eaten by me, and I have no weight issue. I say this to convey that none of my foods will lead to weight issues if you don't over eat them, eat a really healthy diet overall, and exercise daily. 🙂

    Javant, your recipes are so great, your videos so well thought out, you provide so much helpful additional information... It makes me sad that the background music interferes too much for me with what you're saying. If I turn the volume up, that makes it worse. I do have some hearing difficulties but I don't think that's unusual at all for us middle aged folk. I wonder if you would consider a silent background to let your wonderful voice shine.

      My apologies, I had the volume up higher than my previous videos. That was an unfortunate oversight, I will try to be mindful not to have the music volume too loud in the future. Thank you for watching in spite of my error, and for letting me know it was a nuisance. 🙏🏾
