I am eliminating all toxins re: body, environment, and mind. Focus on food is what I refer to as cancer preventative. Concentration right now is plant based foods. I get suggestions from Javant regularly. Now this has exposed me to Health and Mora. I am always careful to aquire solid information rather than from those who are merely looking to make money and do not have education. Western based medicine overall does not provide what is needed. Thanks so much for this podcast. I am now a subscriber!

It would be great if Javant wrote his own book, based on all the things he learned from all the doctors he followed, and all the books he read, and condense it all in a story-telling way to describe his journey. Because he said it took time, and he evolved slowly over time as he learned all these things. I love how he took all the knowledge and applied it to himself, and made it his own. I love his outlook and how he sees how food affects the overall health of his body. He's an amazing individual.

He’s only doing what anyone who produces or manufacturing food should do. Prepare it so it is healthy. I eat a variety of foods but I look at labels and try to read up on ingredients etc… You really have to be in tune of your body and body needs and attempt to eat the best you can. I am not one to try and replace something for something which is the one thing I don’t care for about the vegan diet. Remove meat from your terms, e.g. it’s fried cauliflower not chicken. But he is very talented and has definitely put in the time to learn about food and I look forward to making some of his recipes.

But there’s nothing wrong with healthy foods such as organic soy and organic whole wheat. This guy is always pushing “wheat free, gluten free” and “soy free” like there’s something wrong with those foods. Gluten is actually a healthy prebiotic and soy is an amazing food with thousands of years of history in Japan.
