I was listening/watching your video using my earbuds and the audio from this laptop's mics seems to be coming from the left side only when you tested the laptop's camera. Background music can be heard from both left and right but your movie was only heard from the left ear bud

I had it for almost two years. Still love it and still working like I just bought it. Cost me almost $2k
how about batterry life
@JanJan-mg1pw With constant used, you won't last a whole day. Maybe 5 to 6 hours. Possibly 8? However, it probably lasts a week or so if not charged (if the laptop was left at 100%)

Hi can you please recommend a store selling chromebooks? need 1 for my kids education, budget around 20k.
I can only point you to big name stores like Villman, Octagon, PC Express, and such. I wouldn't know about their availability though.

It's perfect for my needs but I bet the price tag will be steep. I'd better stick with AMD. If only this model has an AMD variant.

I have the B1500 (i5-1135G7).
And it STINKS !!!
I am very disappointed in it - why, the reasons ?
Keyboard-backlight :
- the keyboard-backlightning, is a JOKE! (it is so DIM, that it is unusable - what a bummer!),
- the keyboard.-light DOES NOT work before windows starts (so IF you are inside the BIOS, you have NO light - what a bummer),
- both are implemented much better, by Dell (with REAL keyb.backlightning & light WHEN THE MACHINE IN TURNED ON !!).
Touch-Pad :
- has already started quirking (mechanical issues!) - and I only use the unit at home, and not very much, and only gentle!
- there is no real driver -the one from Asus is a JOKE (it adds NOTHING, no settings-etc).
- once again, Dell shows how this is done (with a seperate App (in the taskbar), that adds functionality).
BIOS :
- It is so limited, that it is unbelievable - again a Bummer!
- again, this is IN BIG CONTRAST to Dell!
Stability :
- my screen turns on-and-off, sometimes (in the middle of internet-browsing etc), plus it sometimes "draws" black-squares,
- and Asus-support pretend not to "know" of this.
ALL IN ALL :
- that you can recommend this "Laptop", shows that you are:
- either just a VIP, that does NOT know, what you are reviewing! or does NOT use the Laptop IRL!
- or that Asus has paid for this review!
- I do not know, which is the case.... either way:
From a user that actually ARE USING an Asus Expertbook (the B1500) :
- this review is False / Misleading / Paid-For!
- This machine, is nothing but a "below normal" consumer-standards Laptop!
- with an aluminium design, and a nice hinge-construction.
- Will I recommend this: NO - it is just as Asus's other Laptops, full of BUMMERS.
(I have also tried a TUF Gaming-laptop from Asus - and there people struggles with a Wifi-netcard, that is so bad, that it renders "Unusable" - which can be solved by buying another Wifi-Card - which then voids the varranty ... a smart move by Asus ... which shows the Company's policy! (either you live with non-wifi or you void the warranty! ...)
