I have a 2019 M3P. No issues other than a slightly misaligned tail light piece. No rattles no squeaks. No electronic issues ever. 4 full years now. Also, the quality thing for the price … well, go look TODAY what the price is of a model 3 lol. They dropped prices again today. Insane price with the federal and possibly your state credits. For me it’s -$11,000 money back. Insane

I’ll do a comparison video between the 5 and the 10 in a video coming out later on! Congrats on the new car!! You’re gonna love it, you can check out the checklist in my delivery video and also if you find a flaw you cannot accept on the car you can always reject the car and they will put you in line for another one! Did you get white or black interior? 👍🙏 thanks for the comment magnus! Stay tuned for more videos!

Thanks for making such a well-balanced review! I really appreciated the critiques you provided on the interior; I couldn't agree more. Continue enjoying our Tesla!
Hi Tony! The interior definitely leaves much to be desired but I do feel the seats are very very comfortable. So although the material is cheap at least the seats feel good and technology is great. I love the car and the Tesla truly changes your lifestyle (in a good way) What’s your favorite feature Tony? Thanks for the comment!
I totally agree with your points. I love my car too… but the service center experience really frustrated me for a couple of months when my car needed to be fixed.
Check out my service center trilogy. It’s good to know that Tesla is starting to hold employees responsible for their actions both in customer service and also the technicians.
I love getting comments like this! Part of why I started this channel was in hopes to help other owners! I'm really glad this helped you a little, check out some of my other videos too! 😊👍
Got a 2020 M3P. It's really fun, but I haven't gone more than 2 months without something going wrong. Superbottle went at one point. Control arms are currently still shot (wobbling at speed and creaking). At least 4 interior rattles that get worse with each passing day. I had to have a body shop re-do the rocker panels because the paint was literally peeling off. I love the thing. But...
YIKES. That’s unheard of to me. I really hope your car gets better and fixed. Your issues really make mine seem like a piece of cake and that I had it good.. @@JustMe99999 I'm not sure if I'd do it again knowing what I know now, but at least Tesla has covered (nearly) all of the issues. I've discovered the alloys are much easier to ruin than you'd think. Apparently for the later years they widened them to make them stronger.
You are missing the point.. People who buy a Performance 3 is looking for that acceleration. For other car that have the same 0 to 60 you would spend double or triple of the price. I have the 2020 Performance 3 and I do go to the track with it and it is a super beast!!
No I agree with you 100%! This car is amazing and it's relatively cheap to get a car of this speed (check out my short video where I pulled hard on a Lambo) lol. I don't go to the track but I love the speed and it's so much fun. I love how it is versatile to be a regular car and it can go on the track as well. Its awesome! ☺️
I appreciate your sharing the pros and cons about your ownership experience. I am somewhat interested in the model 3 so videos like yours do help me to make an informed choice. As I see it Tesla needs to improve its quality control in terms of the look and feel of the car. Until then I am not interested enough to overlook its flaws. Thank you.
hey visitor! I’m glad you had no issues! I think most people shouldn’t have issues with their cars. But there are definitely people who get the cars with defects and unfortunately it’s so hard to fix lol… what kind of car do you have?
Yea I wouldve kept the rcf and got a used bolt or something. Im inches from pulling the trigger on a m3p and I'm tempted to keep my mustang just so I can occasionally row some gears
I honestly don’t regret the purchase. I think you’ll love the model 3 P especially with the price cut and federal tax credit. Prices on teslas have dropped so much now and you really can’t get speed like a model 3 performance for the price I think. I would go out and try out a test drive to see if you like the drive and how quiet it is 😉. Keep me posted Jay!
Nice presentation, David. Do you drive the car with the summer tires during winter? Tes;a says not to drive with summer tires under 40 degrees. That is one the things that is affecting my decision to get one
I did not.. I plan on possibly wrapping the cat for some minor protection and also for making my car a little more unique down the line. I should’ve gone with a free color and put the money forwards a wrap tbh with you! I have some cosmetic damage too in my car but what can you do.. thanks for your comment nolimitsquad! I’ve just passed the four-month mark with my MYP, and I’m still experiencing new things with the car. I got lucky with the fit and finish for the most part, and I feel I’m about 90% with making the car exactly the way I want it (still want to change to Ohlins coilovers). Overall I’m happy with it but like most people, I don’t love it and am always looking for “what’s next”. Given the pluses and minuses, I still feel the Tesla is the best choice available today. Now if and when the Tesla Superchargers are open to all EVs… 😊
Hey Peter! You’re right! I’m glad you have been having luck with your model Y! I plan to do videos of some more customizations that I have planned for the car shortly! I absolutely agree with you about Tesla being the best choice today. The infrastructure is just too strong! Not to my knowledge! However damage caused by tinting Tesla will not cover. They will claim it is “caused by 3rd party” and not cover anything. True story lol. A tint shop damaged my windows and Tesla said nope. Not us.
IMO Tesla biggest issue is Quality Control NOT quality materials... They clearly explained all their materials are Vegan aka Synthetic Leather... That's the same type of leather you would find in a XLE Toyota or MB with leatherette. The only places with hard plastic are the places that can get dirty or damaged. This is also the case in almost every other luxury car.... I had the premium red leather in my 2015 MB C300 and I prefer the softer leather in my 22 MYP... Tesla needs to improve their QC, improve service and add more options i.e. air suspension, additional HUDs, cooled seats, ect... But ppl should understand Tesla's M 3/Y are expensive NOW because of demand, they are not trying to be the most luxurious cars on the market. Originally, the MY started in the high 40s and imo it was going to compete with entry-level luxury cars and premium compact cars like a fully loaded RAV4 or Honda Accord. They just went up in price because of demand and inflation. My guess is by the end of 2023 they will drop prices or add more luxury features to keep prices high... To keep things in perspective a comparable Benz with the same performance and feature its almost 10k more expensive. Performance cost money and no car is perfect. Just my 2 cents...

With the recent price drops, the Model 3 Performance is the best value EV (or gas) available today. Tesla is years ahead of the rest. The automobile makers are just now getting on the learning curve for how to integrate EVs and related infrastructure. The quality issues are not major. With an Apple, you pay 2x-3x the price of other comparable phones. This is not true for Tesla. Comparable features would cost 2x for any other car maker. A BMW, Mercedes or Porsche that can keep up, will set you back 2x-4x and still doesn't include the infrastructure, features and drivetrain/powerplant reliability (way more important than the occasional noisy bits)....IMHO.....8
