As a homeschool student who is 24/7 at home and no friends, i started focusing on my physical and mental health instead of spending another hour scrolling shorts. I had been agoraphobic and extremely depressed and gained 50lbs. I just recently started going to the gym last month and I do one of your workout videos there as soon as I get there and it really helps to keep me calm, focused, and I really look forward to them. I find them to be fun as well :) After I do stairmaster and run. I've already dropped 16lbs. :D Thank you for posting! I like when you also count down how many are left for each set :)
What I love about Nicole's workouts is that no matter how intensive the workout is, she always incorporates some love/reward to the body with calming stretches. This sort of makes me forget the intensity of the workout and to return another day. It's like she gives instant relief from the workout.
Nicole’s exercises are top tier. And I love that you promote being healthy and strong, versus looking a certain way. I could never stick to a fitness routine when I was just focusing on making my body “look good”. Once my mind shifted to incorporating exercise as a routine part of my life to strengthen and take good care of my body, everything changed! The first go was not fun. But I've become addicted to (pardon the dramatics) these intensive pilates sessions. It does such amazing things for our quality of life and functionality. 18 months with Nicole's angelic guidance and I'm not going to stop.

Wow, that was so hard after not doing lower body workouts for months! I get bad anxiety doing workouts that get my heart rate up too high, so this low-key strength training is so perfect for me. It was so painful in a good way

Wow, the comments below really say it all! I've been doing your videos almost everyday for 3 months. My massage therapist is impresse with my muscle building, especially in my back. Wow, the comments below really say it all! I've been doing your videos almost everyday for 3 months. My massage therapist is impresse with my muscle building, especially in my back. I definitely had to rest on this one a little bit, but like someone else said, I'll put it in my regular rotation and test my strength that way :D
