    Hi Lottie - I’m a 53 year old man with a slipped disc in my back and years of back, neck stiffness abs a weak core. I tried Pilates on a whim and found your videos a few months ago. I can’t believe the difference! I feel so flexible and relaxed in my back, neck and hips plus loads more strength in my core. Before I couldn’t drive a car for more then 30 min without getting a back ache. Now - no issues! I couldn’t sit cross legged - but now again no issues. I feel stretched out and taller 😀! Love your variety and your supportive style. Thank you and I hope your channel and business continue to grow!

    Lottie, I enjoy your workouts so much, I've tried other online instructors and always seem to end up injured. So I'll just be sticking to you. I appreciate your videos so much. Looking forward to seeing what surprises you have lined up for 2022. Happy New Year 🎈🎉

    Thanks, decided to go to youtube for some pilates and this popped up,great timing! started running new year 2021 and your routines have helped straigthen this knackered old body out and loosen things up and helped avoid injury.Happy new year.

    Hi Lottie! Thanks so much for your videos.
    I just wanted to ask if you can do pilates when you suffer from congenital kyphosis? I'm almost 27 now, and it's probably too late now, but I still would like my back to look better. Sometimes I have upper back pain the next day after doing pilates. Is pilates safe for me?

      They'll be certain movements you might want to avoid. Pilates can definitely be safe for you but perhaps best to book a 1-1 with a teacher near you to find out what feels good for your body.
