Hi, Lottie, I'm new to your videos - not new to pilates though, so I find iz very easy to follow your instructions. I work from home and I have problems with my knees because of sitting. I would enjoy a short standing routine that I could do without getting on the mat to bring some life into my legs and knees during my working hours. Just as a suggestion. I’ve been dealing with some wrist issues lately because of my desk job and was wondering if you had any wrist friendly exercises to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome. Also, you are the best, you make me so calm and energized at the same time. A big thank you!! Once the pandemic is over, I would love to make it for an in person class ( if you plan on having those in London)
