    - You need to eat and not diet to lose weight.
    - Eating is not about consuming carbs/ fats/ proteins, it is self-worth, love and nurture
    - The whole purpose of weight loss must be questioned. Chase good health, not weight loss.
    - Food that is time tested, in the right combinations and proportions is good for you. Avoid new fads like shots, pills, powders, etc.
    - 5 foods that everyone must eat daily for good health and weight loss are - rice, ghee, nuts, chutneys and fresh fruit.

    I am trying to lose weight since 2009 & it has been very difficult for me, I tried yoga, exercise, running, diet and what not, I Used to lose some weight but used to gain back everything back. In quarantine I finally managed to lose 9 kg but gained more than that by 2021 end. Now finally I learnt to live with a fact that eat healthy, look out for health. & enjoy what you love doing.

    Yes, this should be told to growing up children. But they r also influenced by ads and film stars. So first of all those adds should be stopped. When we were children there was no issue of size this and that size. Thanks madam for spreading this message. Hope your message spreads all.

    Question I hope that makes sense and you'll be able to answer that in our old times people used to do hard work for like 7 to 8 hours in a day in farms or if it about getting woods to cook food ....we do have sedentary life working long hours sitting on chair nd keep looking at screens...which is again source of our incomes.....so ghee, milk all the fats ans stuff our ancestors used to eat they also had time to digest it burn it with their hardwok....but eating in same style in these days isn't quiet questionable though it is good for health....!
    Please advise or guide on this.
