    I am going to lighten the front part of my hair which I just learned helps your appearance when older. I just had my hair done up taking it away from my outer face as my face is more of a square shape. I'm just learning all this stuff and I am almost 70 now. I have been using Aloe and Andalou Lavender Thyme body lotion and it's first* ingredient is aloe all over myself & face * every night . It has been so amazing and it doesn't cost a lot. This body lotion comes in different scents also and all natural. I also have learned another exercise recently don't remember where though? However for under eye circles raise and lower the eyes pressing on the outer eye to inhibit wrinkling it has worked for me so far .

    Thank you Peta, this really helps! I recently started Series 3 and with the forehead excercise, can feel muscles working already. I also love how the renewed blood flow to those muscles have simulated thicker hair growth. You are BRILLIANT times ten! And look wonderful!

      About forehead exercise series1
      Do we have to press muscles with 6 fingers on forehead *through out the exercise.
      Or press forehead muscles (with 6fingers) only while lifting eye brow.
      When releasing eye brow down down,can I stop pressing forehead muscles with 6fingers.
      Or do have to do 6fingers pressing on muscles throughout the exercise non stop?

    Hey Peta, so I was trying the nose exercises but after a while dropped it because it wasn’t working. And I just realized of course it didn’t because I have to exercise my whole face! So now I’m giving it a go to the complete face routine. Thank you so much for these videos and I hope more and more people watch them so you can continue making this lovely content for us.     Peta--I can't put my thumb and baby finger at the sides of my eyes in that position--can I just use my thumbs to isolate the corners of my eyes. Love the exercises and the way you have organized and structured the whole program! Thanks, Pam

      Try sitting on a chair with cushions tucked under your arms, it helps.

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates.     This will be a big help getting rid of hooded eyes. I'm not happy not being able 2 C much of my eyeshadow & liner because my eyebrows have fallen with age. I've been seeing some results doing eyebrow lifts however as U state the lift I need comes from further back on scalp. 4 all U do this buds 4 U🌷

    Is it ok that my ears move when doing this exercise?😋 Struggling to see my scalp move but I do feel tension in my scalp around the top and back of my head when doing this. I hope that's right.... Thank you for your amazing videos Peta 💕

    PETA, you are amazing and look amazing! I tried the finger placement in this video and could not get my pinky finger and thumb to go like yours especially on my left side, it felt very awkward.

      just keep trying. maybe put your pinky and thumbs together first, then place your 3 fingers on the forehead. The sequence that you place your fingers really helps.

    Hi Peta, I have watched hours of your videos and am so excited to get started. I am working on understanding the first exercise and have a concern: It is causing wrinkles at the outside of my eyebrows and forehead which I already have because I have been raising my eyebrows unconsciously apparently for years! So doing this exercise makes them worse because my hands are not big enough to hold that area in place. I try to raise the front of my forehead and not my eyebrows, but can not seem to and am not sure it is possible. So am I doing it wrong, or should I replace it with another one of your forehead exercises? I can't wait to get started but I am hung up on the first exercise! Dang! Help! Thanks!

      Hi Shannon, just try to manage with your hands, because you cannot change the exercises. try pressing and planting a bit firmer, and spread 3 fingers over your forehead. See how you go.

      Hi Stacy, welcome to the channel. No do not use oil when you are exercising otherwise it will be difficult to anchor your fingers. You can massage you face with oil after the routine.

      Hi Michaela, yes it will help subtly as the forehead lifts those wrinkles will tend to smooth out to a certain degree

    Hello Peta,
    Happy New Year!
    Thanks for updating this video from series 1...one question is still my concern:
    According to what I see in the video, only half of the ring finger presses "firmly" on the forehead( mostly on the middle of the forehead..) ..
    the other part of the ring finger, that only covers the forehead slightly ,( near the temple), allows the existing horizontal wrinkles , above the top corner of the eyebrows( sides of forehead) ,to move up & down..Wouldn't it make these wrinkles get even more, as well as deeper?
    And, if yes, in order to avoid it, can we use the back of our thumb( seperate the thumb from the pinky finger, and place it higher, (above the outer corner of the eyebrow), as a support for the part of top corner of the eye brows( sides of forehead) ,where the ring finger can not reach ( in order to press that area firmly)?

      Ori K, those lines are temporary lines, and is skin bunching and if they made permanent ones I would have them all over my face, so please dont worry about it, just follow the exercise and it will work

      Hi I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has updated all the exercise to make it easier to understand and learn the exercises, series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site, here is the program we follow
      we start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    I have been doing this full face routine for 7 days and my droopy eye lid on my left eye has changed so much. My eyes look more equal now. I'm 54. Need to see more improvements in my jowls (but I can't expect too much in obly 7 days) but my eyes... wow it worked so quickly.

      Hi Angela, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us to, we can achieve wonderful results, here is the program, we must not take away from or add to the program, must be done just as Peta tells us The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises.     Hi Peta, I'm happy with all your videos, thanks for everything that you do. I finished series 1, 2, and 3, and just I realized that we have to take and rest for 1 week between series. I would like to know if I understood that. and one mor question : 5 days faceexersise, 1 day masage and 1 day rest the muscles. thanks I hope that you answer my question.

    Hi Peta, I was wondering if you would consider doing each of your complete series in one video in order. Example, all of series 1 compiled in one video in order the exercises should done. Its taking me so long to jump from video to video for each exercise. Is this something you would do for us?

      Hi Cowgirl, I already have that. Thats what the Exercise Along With Me videos are. There is S1, S2, S3 on the youtube channel and S4-S6 are in the Membership site. So, you need to go to the playlists, and you will see each series, with each level for you to follow. I cant put Lv1, 2 and 3 in one long video, it is easier if you watch level 1, then level 1 and then level 3 in each series separately. Hope that helps.

      Unfortunately I'm having the same problem. Particularly series 3. I wish all the updates were in the relevant series. Just seem to keep jumping all over the place from different playlists to whatever turns up next. I love all the work you do and maybe the timestamps will help.

    Ok. I am 35 yrs old. Just started getting light faint forehead wrinkles. You could see them when the light hit them at just the right angle. This exercise really works. As soon as I finished this exercise my fine lines were gone. But also, before I did the exercise I rolled a face roller over my face. So don't know if that helped too.

    Dear Peta, I have completed series 1 through 6 and am now at the end of series 1 for the second time and now I see these films of yours.
    My English is not so good. I don't understand anything anymore. That's why I ask questions because I don't know if I understand correctly ... Do I now understand that the exercise along with me series will be replaced by this new one from 2019? Do I have to repeat this 2019 series for 6 weeks as in the past that 6 series on your website? With a week of rest in between?
    And you talk about 'sitting' but can I still do them lying down? thank you very much

    Hi Petra brand new to this just trying to learn exercises in series 1 before starting, May be silly question but in the forehead lift I’m literally planting fingers then moving the front bit of my scalp not using my fingers?

    Hi PETA. Thank you for your great explanations for each exercise! I am having trouble with my thumb and little finger placement at the corners of my eyes. Any alternative way to place them? I’ve tried hard but they just end up farther away from the eye corner than needed to isolate that area.

We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete.     I wonder if you have a "helper exercise" for this concern: on the outer corner of my right eye, beneath the lower lid i have a small bulge, (possibly fatty deposit) just inside the ocular bone. I will continue to do the eye exercises to strengthen and develop the muscles and perhaps it won't be so obvious "to me" in time. But I was wondering if you have ever addresses this issue.

    When I do this in the mirror I can see my forehead scrunch and my wrinkles folding which looks like it’s deepening them. This makes me scared to do it consistently. Is it ok to have your wrinkles scrunching?

    I'm concerned that, after the exercise, one eyebrow is always higher than the other (pne of my eyelids is a bit weaker/droopy generally after microcurrent sessions several years ago). I thought I could do an additional exercise to lift the weaker side (e.g. putting my hand over the strong side of my forehead and trying to lift the weaker eyebrow on its own), but I wouldn't know where to slot this into the series as these muscles have already been worked! Would appreciate your thoughts on this.

      Hi Gorbie, you cannot do facerobics exercises this way. Possibly go to the playlists and look for the techniques and see how to exercise an asymmetrical face. Also, with facerobics, unlike yoga, you need to be following the full face routines that I have created otherwise you will cause more problems with sagging and wrinkling if you on do one exercise.

      just keep trying. maybe put your pinky and thumbs together first, then place your 3 fingers on the forehead. The sequence that you place your fingers really helps.

    Hello Peta, thank you for these wonderful exercises. Just one thing. When I do this forehead and the eye exercise, I get terrible wrinkles above my brow - (above the outside edge of my brow if that makes sense) so where the brow ends. I isolate but they are still there. They do disapear after a while, but you can see the line marks still. Do you have any advice thanks

      Hi Tommo, when you do the exercises, make sure you press and plant when you place your fingers to isolate the muscles, do not push up as this is when you see the skin bunching. Try to do the exercises that way instead and you will find that the lines will disappear. Also, after the routine, possibly do some massage on that area with some oil. And, are you doing the fascia release before the exercises?

      Thank you for your reply Peta. I am doing the press and plant but maybe I need to press harder on the outside of my brow with the forehead one. I had not seen the fascia release video so I will now do that. I had been doing my exercises in the morning as know what I am like once home, but now you recommend it and thinking about it, it may be better than me rushing before going to work, I will get some Almond oil and start doing them of an evening from tomorrow.       Yes this is possible that you are not isolating that area enough. Other oils you can use is argan oil, pomegranate oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil also.

    Hi Peta, Watching series 1 to begin the exercises. Started with the forehead. I have chronic migraines and one of my treatments is Botox. When trying to do this exercise, I cannot move my forehead. If I skip this exercise will it have an affect on the success of the other exercises in the series?

      Hi dawn, of course you cant move your forehead to do the exercise, you have botox! you cant do the exercises with botox. You need to stop all together until it wears off. Btw, the exercises will help with migraines

    I'm only 22 so don't have many wrinkles except I have quite bad bags under my eyes for my age. I know you said that you're supposed to do all the exercises but do you think I would be fine with just the cheek lift exercise and the under eye bags one? Many thanks

      I am sorry but you cannot do just one exercise, it will create more wrinkling around your eyes. Try to wait a little longer

    Think the hardest area is to stop corners of mouth drooping notice so many people look down in the mouth it's so ageing x

      Yes it is, but you can help it somewhat with being consistent with the exercises

      About 50% (maybe more) of drooping mouths are caused by poor bottom dentures. Many people don't bother replacing their bottom dentures, which is something that should be done every 5-8 years. It makes huge difference. That said, for the rest of us who don't have bottom dentures, Peta is right--being consistent with face exercises--especially cheek and mouth, does make a difference.

      And it starts Early. A lot has to do with the anatomy of one's skull/jaw, so there's just so much that can be done. But exercises definitely help out to a point.

    Hi Peta, I have been doing this and I finally am seeing/feeling my scalp moving (it took a lot of practice to get it finally to move!), but it's moving left to right, not back to front, and not right to left. Can you offer any guidance? Thank you so much for everything.

      Hi Opal, you may be focusing on those muscles. Instead pull your focus to the scalp muscles. As you move through the program, you will start to understand the subtleties of it. Are you following all of the program exactly as you should? If not, that may be another reason why this is happening.
