    Peta I feel it SOOO IMPORTANT that your are revisiting these exercises! It really helps so much. I've found the small things I can adjust and weren't doing properly, therefore we can get much better results. Such a great idea for this series. You're a smart lady that I admire! Also love how you read alm comments to you may be surprised how many people dont read their feedback! GOD, I wish you heaps more success!

When you first presented your early exercises I loved the way you showed❤ your audience how to simply copy most of the exercises.     those exercises WORK! i had a chicken neck until i did these exercises and i DO NOT HAVE THOSE WRINKLES ANYMORE! you have to put your attention on the proper muscles and if you do you WILL see the results. i wish i'd taken before and after photos!

    I am very pleased with this exercise. Thank you. I have a positive side-effect also. It seems to have firmed my upper breast/chest as well. I can lift one breast at a time. LOL!

You're so very welcome. I used to do facercise.. then I started getting creases from it. Sooo I stopped it. You have to look in the mirror when doing these. Yours seems different. I'm really interested.

      Hi Jill , like any program and like my program you need to follow it correctly. Facercize is a very good program. It takes time to learn how to do any exercise correctly. You do have to look in the mirror with mine also at times. I am so glad you found facial exercises. When done correctly, you will have wonderful results and feel so much better.     Hi Petra, I understand what is to be done & why, however I don’t understand what gathering the loose skin with the backs of fingers, up to the chin/jawline does. Love your dedication to this and to make sure we’re doing it correctly and understand the muscles involved.

    Been doing facersize (Carol Magio) and Gua Sha for neck... neither one address turtle neck, at all. So, i went looking for help... I am so happy you have a solution for this - I am confident it is working - from now on, I will be doing it in tandem with the other things i do.       Hi Cat Musings, I am sorry but you cannot do one off exercises nor mix other peoples exercises with Facerobics, otherwise you will cause more sagging of the skin. This is because of the repetitions, you need to be doing the full face routines that I have created on the site.

      Hi Michelle, I am a gym member, and have been with Peta for over 2 years, yes it is wonderful if you can start with Peta early say in your 30's Peta has a wonderful program which she has designed. If we follow the program just as she tells us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    I have a question PETA.... how to you prepare yourself and other people for how much different you will look as your face starts to change? I am seeing dramatic changes and I’m afraid that people will be weirded out by how different I look! OMG 😮

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach I guess mine is a bit more psychological than others.. my face was very asymmetrical for a big majority of my life but now since facerobics it’s A LOT more symmetrical. I couldn’t be more excited and anxious to continue to see results but people are definitely noticing the change...

    PETA you are absolutely fabulous! Along with the exercises should we also have HRT or similar to restore the lost estrogen ? I am going through menopause and I believe the loss of estrogen can lead to loss of muscle tone skin texture etc

    Hello Peta, I am 45 . Is it not too early to do the face ecercise program ? I believe it is good but if I do not still have many wrinkles shall I not provoke more to appear? On the other hand I have sagging chicks and droppy eye lids. That is why I thought to start your program. You look beautifull and I like the way you explain the ecercise .     I was doing this one wrong then. Thanks for this as my back was hurting a bit when doing them now I see what I did wrong . I think you have such pretty features and a wide face as well ( I used to and kind of still do portraits just doodle really now though ) USA Calif.

    Pita. .I am on the serie 1 level 2 but I have a trouble with this exercice. .to do It one hundred times with the chin goes down ..my wrinkles in the neck ? .I will prefer to lift the neck up to strengt it..but I have Confidence on you...so I will do as you show us

    Hi Peta, I started your series 1 faceaerobics exercises four weeks ago when lockdown prompted me to exercise more. I am amazed by the gradual tightening I can already see especially in the jowel area. However, after doing this neck exercise I seem to get tightness in my shoulder muscles and the back if my neck. Am I doing something wrong? So delighted to have found you. Caroline

    Hi Peta, I couldn’t see this question anywhere else so I hope it’s not a repeat. As a beginner, should I start with the original exercises as shown in the ‘exercise along with me ‘ videos or should I go in with the updated exercises straight away? Many thanks, Andrea

      Hi Andrea, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has done the updates for all the series to add more knowledge and make it easier for us to understand and more in depth explanations so I would advise the updates, Peta has a program and if we follow the program just as Peta has told us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    Will this help with fat build up under the chin, like a double chin, or really loose skin ? I am not overweight but have a little fat under my chin.

      Hi Shannon, it can, but it depends what is going on. Typically loose skin under the neck can be other causes, and it might help for you to google other causes, especially if you are not over weight.

Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos.     🌹❤ hello peta! omgosh i think ive been doing things a tad wrong!!..then i incoorperated an extra forhead exercise in the midst of it all!! however i went bk thru and re watched your videos and now realized why and understand!!...however....should i just scrap what ive been doing wrong thus far? maybe 4 weeks worth? and start fresh at series 1?? help! thank you!

      Hi Kristy, I would ask that you finish off S1 following the program exactly. Dont change it please just follow along with what I have and you will get results over time. Then move onto S2 and follow it exactly and so forth thru the series. The forehead exercise in S1 is extremely strong, and covers all of the muscles in the area, by adding another one, will over time cause more wrinkles because you will fatigue the muscles. I do talk about this obsessively in my videos. So, just follow the program and you will be fine 😉

    I am watching your videos before starting the series 1 . Can I do this exercise in bed too like the others? being a Mun of a 4year old I think that the only peaceful moment is when she sleeps at night.     Your neck is the kind that doesn't wrinkle so much. But for long skinny necks the sagging skin is a nightmare. I've been doing this exercise for ages and don't see any change.

    Peta, I can feel my stronger front neck, mostly near chin area even after couple of days. Im afraid not to gain double chin or bigger neck because during excersize I really flex the neck muscle.. Is it ok to feel that stronger neck feeling? Thank you!

    does anyone know if these exercises can improve "cording" or "banding". i follow all of petas exercises and love them, but im afraid this one could make the bands or cords more pronounced. Or will this exercise repair the muscle so that it no longer has that stringy, separated appearance?

      Hi Akhtar, go back to S1 or learn the exercises in the playlist for S4 and do the routines as if you are following along with me, and the same as the others, 2 weeks 50 Reps, 2 weeks 100 Reps, 2 weeks 150 reps, and do the same for S5 and S6. All of the routines are there for you to learn and do.

    I'm only able to move one side of my platisma. No matter what I do, the other side of my platisma muscle seems dead. I've noticed this already for years. How is this possible and what can I do? Maybe I only got just one platisma muscle on just one side of my neck? :/

    I can move my ears simultaneously (feel n control) how is that so. Note: the exercises on nose n neck muscle you've shown is a breeze to me, I immediately can "feel" muscles as you've described in the depiction you've used. Now, back to the ears moving, how is that so as i am able just like moving my fingers easily. Hope you can assist me by showing the muscles attached to the ears and is any exercise regards that would effect which part of the face.

    Hello mam... m in series 1 only from 2-3 months... i do exercises on n off but still i can see results on my eyes n nose... but still cnt see any result on cheeks... m so desperate to get d results on cheeks......

    Will this help with cording on the neck? When I tighten my neck I see a lot of cording.

      if you have cords, you have them due to lack of adipose fat under your skin. unless you put on weight they will still show. the exercises exercise the muscles nothing else

      Hi Maria I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a program if we follow the program just as Peta tells us we can achieve wonderful results, we do not add to or take away from the program here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    There must be something wrong with me...I cant figure out how to activate those neck muscles! Trying to gave me a headache because all I seemed to be doing is tensing my whole face up. I cant "feel" the muscles. Any suggestions?

    i'm not sure if ppl with jaw issues can do this ?
    caz if i do it i feel tention over my jaw area - to afraid my jaw pulls stiff or pops out

      Hi Cystal, if your jaw is popping or you have problems with this, you may not be a fit for facial exercise. Just try to do it gently, but, if you have pre existing problems, mayble dont do the exercises. Its like in the gym, if your knee is injured, would you try to lift heavy weights with it?

      Crystal, my jaw still pains when I do them, but I take a break, do a little fascia release on it and then keep going. You just have to adjust and not push too hard when it starts
