    Hi pita,
    Firstly thank you for all your videos which I have saved in a playlist for referring back to regularly!!! I'm only 26 years old but noticed changes to my face after jaw bone surgery and you have really done amazing work to research all of the facial muscles and build these work outs for the face. You've helped me to make my face more symmetrical again and I also appreciate as another commenter mentioned that you dont ever charge for your videos!!! You're a great person and we love you!

    Hi Peta - I'm so glad you covered a new way to eliminate our 'No. 11' lines as I'm furiously trying to do this as it's an area we all have a problem with early on in the ageing process. Just love how you talk us through it so we get to know the pitfalls (like not being aware we are moving other muscles) so thank you for that. Great video and if it's possible for you to look any better - well you most certainly do!!!! (You suit your hair with your fringe swept to the side) - shows that gorgeous wrinkle free forehead too!!! - Wonderful results!!!

I have a bunch of little horizontal forehead lines and though I've only done your exercises (series 1) for 4 days, I already feel like my face looks better and fresher. My forehead even looks smoother. I can't wait to see what the results are several months down the road!

I do the cheek ones but my face aches after doing 50 reps and using my hands(fingers) as resistance. I know you recommend around 100 to 150 reps. I look forward to achieving that. The forehead exercises I tied and are brilliant, I need to perservere.

(Husband got used to seeing me like this! We just make a joke of it) I want them gone by the summer & this excise will help. Thank u.

I'm 30 and have these lines deeply on my forehead. I'm sad because my whole life but suffered with acne....I am treated that but now it seems I look in the mirror can see these huge long lines right between the eyes. Its like hey appeared out of nowhere. love your video and I'm really hoping for the best thank you

      Brandy Hi Brandy, welcome to my channel! This exercise will help, but you really need to be doing a full face exercise. I have many exercises on the channel for you to put together a routine. Remember, one exercise per muscle group, do them for around 6 weeks, building up from 50, to 100 then 150 if you can manage them, then change your routine. Do not over exercise your facial muscles else it could become worse. I hope that helps!

    Hi Gorgeous Peta!
    I followed along and I feel both of those muscles are now warm, so I know I'm doing it right 👍👏👏! Thank you Peta for another area for me to be able to work on. I have 2 lines due to the pain I live with. At night while laying in bed (b4 I found your channel) I would put a bit of coconut oil on these lines & do 50 circular massages over both areas, in one rotation & then do 50 rotations in the reverse using medium firm pressure. It helped to smooth the lines out a bit & softened them. Now I know how to get rid of them 🙆‍♀️👍 thank you Peta! Blessings from humid/ rainy season in Florida! Hid bless you dear pretty Pita❣

      Joanna Gregg Hi Joanna, I am so excited for you!!! And so proud you have started the exercises. You will need to do a full face exercise, start here, learn the exercises first, then start the easy routine, and build up - th-cam.com/video/0t4bWf18VE8/w-d-xo.html. This is Level 1, then build to Level 2 then to 3. I will be posting more of these down the track. But, make sure to learn the exercises first, they are listed in the beginning of the video, all you have to do is follow the prompts. I hope that helps!

    Thanks so much for sharing these videos and for being so prompt about answering questions. When I wake up in the morning the 11 lines are particularly deep. In general, I've heard that sleeping on ones back is better for wrinkles. However, it can cause snoring. Do you have an opinion on this? I'm afraid that I squish my face so much when sleeping, I lose the effectiveness of face yoga.

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi savtala, I really get what you are saying. There are also alot of other reasons why we wake up with more wrinkles, dehydration of the body thru the night is one of them, and also, if you are going to sleep with troubles on your mind, your body may be reacting to those thoughts, as our mind and body are so closely connected. Yes, sleeping on your back can make you snore also. I have a video coming up on monday exactly about sleeping and what to do about wrinkles, so have a look on monday and i really hope it will help you! In the mean time, do your exercises in bed in the morning before rising, as I believe that is one of the best times to do them, for that exact reason that you mentioned above!!

      RENEW ME® TV - FACEROBICS® Aerobics for the Face!
      Thanks. I just saw the sleep advice video today. Sure sounds like a better option than partially blocking an airway and snoring.
      Is this exercise for frown lines also supposed to work on the "11" lines or just the forehead lines. My eyebrows barely move when I do this exercise. Is that because my muscle is out of shape?

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Savtala, I think it is more that it hasnt been exercised, and it takes time to learn to move the facial muscles when you first start doing the exercises. Just try one step at a time by isolating it, visualising it and try only to concentrate on that one muscle. Others will want to move, but try to put your focus on that muscle so you can get used to moving it! hope that helps!

    Thank you so much for making these videos. It's actually my 43rd birthday today and I have had SUCH trouble with these darn number 11's on my brow for years and of course they are only getting worse. I do have an important question. During this exercise when you have your middle fingers isolating the wrinkles and you are raising the muscle, it's hard for me to tell, but are your fingers only there for resistance or are they helping you raise that wrinkled area? I'm 99 percent sure you are only trying to make it harder to work that muscle, if I had to guess. Again, thank you. I've been watching you for about a week now, but I thought since it is my birthday today this would be quite the opportune time to subscribe and let you know I'm on board. ✿◕ ‿ ◕✿

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      ***** Hello Coloradogirlie! thank you so much for subscribing and commenting here, and for you question! With regard to the exercise, my fingers are placed either side of the procerus muscle and the beginning of the corrugator supercilii muscle, which is isolating for resistance, as I lift the up. You will need to move your forehead muscle also, but concentrate on the middle muscle. You should be able to feel the muscles moving underneath your fingertips. Coloradogirlie, I hope this has helped, and if you have any other questions about the videos, please always feel free to ask! Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

      Ami, you cannot ADD exercises to the EAWM Series. You will be causing more wrinkles if you do, especially that area as you will be over exercising. The Series are meant to be done Over time and you will see the changes over time. but if you change the delicate balance of the exercise routine you will cause more wrinkles.

    Hello, thank you for your reply. I know you're probably very busy and I do apologize for leaving another comment. I've been doing this exercise pretty faithfully for about a week and a half and I'm wondering maybe if I'm seeing more wrinkles or splits above my eyebrows. I could be just noticing more because I'm looking in the mirror a lot. I know its me Im doing someting wrong. Am I supposed to move the muscles above my eyebrows, or just that little muscle in the middle or all of them? I'm sorry I know you're probably so busy. And this may sound shallow but these terrible, ugly, deep lines are really getting me down they're really bad.... Thank you so much for everything

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brandy Hi Brandy, try not to overexercise the area if you see more lines, this is what is happening. You are supposed just to move the procerus muscle in the middle of your eyes, and isolate them as shown in the video. do not move your fingers. I hope that helps!

    Approximately how many weeks/months of doing these exercises before you notice a difference? I only started yours recently, but have done others for over a month and see no difference except that my skin is incredibly soft, like satin. Does that mean I'm on the right track? How long until the skin starts lifting?

    • @facerobics
      @facerobics  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Maryanne Christiano-Mistretta - Hi Maryanne, you need to keep doing a full face routine, this exercise is meant to be a part of a routine, not to be done on its own. Spot exercising does not work, as with out body! Yes, your skin does go soft like satin, it is the blood circulating about the skin, causing collagen and elastin to produce again subtly. Yes, you are on the right track. I would suggest that you subscribe to the channel to receive important updates to the programme and how to practice face exercise safely. Hope that helps :-)

      Brandy She says in another video to start out with 50 a day, and go up to 150, probably in increments of 50 per week, is my guess??? But there's also massage, like pressing the area of those lines right at the bone for one minute, or so, a day. And micro needling (but research several videos and sites on th hst first ), and red light therapy, she even has some tool like that on her site here that looks pretty cool! But maybe oil first? And you csn iron them out some, like with spoons dipped in warm water (don't burn yourself!). But try the exercises in the mirror first to make sure you're doing them right. She also has lots of other videos on here too.

  • @brandimckenziesavedvideos1638
    @brandimckenziesavedvideos1638 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Thank you so very much for your reply. Ok ...... I feel terrible to leave you more than one comment. I know you're busy. Its just well maybe sounds shallow but this is so important to me. The lines between my eyebrows are very deep and hideously ugly leaving me feeling pretty down. You are right talking important and unfortunately I'm lacking it right now. I DO understand you are making it very clear that you only remove the little muscle between your eyebrows correct? I was moving the muscles above my eyebrows along with the muscle in the middle.... Now i fear the lines I have are maybe worse. Could this be the reason why? Maybe I'm just over worried as I'm terrified to make these worse they already looking pretty bad to start with :( ....... Thank you for everything ...... I'm thinking that muscle in the middle of your eyebrows must be really strong to lift the way it was because when I try to lift that middle muscle doesn't go up and down so fast like yours does. Actually I don't see anything going up and down.. Maybe because my other muscles got so strong from squinting.

    • @msexlexi1606
      @msexlexi1606 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Brandy Perhaps a consult with her might be best. I've no idea how much it would cost, but it might be worth it and affordable for you. There are also other things you can do as well for those areas, like tape (frownies is brand that works best but tape is cheaper). There are also massages and acupressure that will help. I think you're supposed to be hydrated, oiled up before exercising, too. Are you looking in the mirror when to do these? There are lots of videos for this area, too. to might want to check those out, but I do know just pressing on those areas for one minute a day, just under the bone, helps a lot, too. it's painful but works. I also think it takes a few weeks to two months to really see a difference, but it should be getting better and definitely not worse. Good luck!

    • @msexlexi1606
      @msexlexi1606 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Brandy Oh, there is also red light therapy and micro needling, too. Check out several videos on those before you go there though, because you really need to know what you're doing first! I also know she had a tool on her site she uses at renew-me.com.au that looks pretty impressive.

      Hi Linda, here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

      Hi Maria, well, I know I havent, and thats the main thing, but also, if i did have injections, i wouldnt be able to move my muscles to do the exercises. There are people out there on YT that do have injections, and its so clear they do as they cant move certain parts of their face to do the exercises, but amazingly enough everyone tells them how great they look. When people see the truth, they think its fake, and when People see fake things they think its truth. So the less people tell me the better i feel! lol

    I would really like to get botox because I have the worse, deep frown line at between my brows, and yet I don't want to spend the money or take the risk. I have a history of mild forehead palsy on one side of my forehead some time ago as a lasting reaction to a medication I was being injected with for anemia - Aranesp. I didn't want to risk paralyzing my forehead again and having a droopy brow. I have a long medical history and my body has been through a lot, years of dialysis and bloating stretched my skin a bit, and now toxic transplant medications fill my body and affect my skin. I also have used needling which has gotten rid of fine lines and some skin abnormalities from the medicine I am on - but I use it sparingly. I also recently began putting aloe vera gel on my face (one with the main ingredient being aloe). It's been great for my skin. I hope this exercise does the trick because I'd much rather put the money into a new bed than botox, ha ha.

      ***** Hi Fragrance, it certainly sounds like you have been through more than enough!!! A suggestion is also go to the facial palsy website, as they talk about face exercises also. It can help, but my caveat to you is be careful how much you do and how strong you do them. I hope that helps.

      30 weeks. This covers ALL of the areas. If its not covered in one series it
      will be in the next. This is why i ask people to follow the program religiously
      because it could cause over exercising thru the series if you change it. Dont
      worry about adding exercises, and dont worry about the other exercises on the
      channel. They will be used in other series in due course. You have 5 series
      there to work with. That is an amazing amount of content. Just start doing it
