    Hi Peta, I am on week 5 of series 1, and I already see so much difference in my face. I look less tired and more relaxed, my nasolabial folds are almost gone and my forehead seems more relaxed. Can’t wait to get to the next series to start exercising different face muscles. Thanks for this amazing program Peta. ❤️

      Spring Fan - what do u mean more relaxed? I want my skin to look tighter and not more relaxed and loose...

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach exactly that’s what I mean. My forehead doesn’t crease as much and infact looks more lifted. Eyes seem less tired. And cheeks seem a bit higher, and not sunken in.

      Hi Cajun I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, Peta has a program, it is a full face routine, we do the exercises as Peta tells us, in the series, we must follow this program as Peta tells us to get the best results, there are no short routines or favourites, we must do a full face routine as described in the program....here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1.     I have made at least 5 of your suggested exercises "A daily habit" (4 years now), and managed to make my nose thinner
    Besides, this i have practiced "mewing" for 3 years to correct my jaw and teeth, and noticed I no longer need my glasses.

    Question...I discovered that if I lift or push up on the fingers I create more resistance thereby developing the muscle a lot quicker. Is that ok???

    Hi Peta, I feel my nose goes up n down n my middle fingers on the side of my nose, am I do it right?

      Hi Sunlight, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, this is difficult exercise as Peta says, and it will feel as if you are only moving your nose when you first start to do this exercise, but keep focusing on the muscles that Peta tells you to and then you will get results, you are doing well, Peta has a program if we follow it just as Peta tells us we can achieve wonderful results here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

      Hi Rebeca, I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, we cannot pick out an exercise and do just it or add it or take it away, me must do the full face routine as Peta describes, we follow the program which Peta has created, if we change in any way from what she tells us to do, we can experience more wrinkles, so please follow exactly what Peta says, do the specific exercises for the series, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1.     Thanks for the exercises. Love doing them. I am 12 days into series one but have developed deep laugh lines. I am following all the techniques but what am I doing wrong I don't know. Kindly help.

      Hi Misha, its a little hard to say because I am not there with you seeing what you are doing. However, can I suggest that you do it with less muscle effort, often times people think the harder the push the faster the results. And, unfortunately with our face this is not the case. Also, are you doing just this exercise or are you following the full routine? Let me know.

    Hi Peta, when I do the exercise my nose moves more to one side, because my nose is slightly to the side. It does not look straight when I do it, so I press harder on the side that it's bent, so I hope I am correcting it right. Thanks for this exercise!

    A couple of questions:
    What should my mouth be doing as I start pushing those muscles down? Should I just put my lips together? Tighten them up and make a wide grin? Or just relax them?
    Is it OK if my cheeks start moving up as I do the exercise?
    Will my nose change too?
    Sorry for asking so many questions but I'm really worried how my skin looks so saggy fo my age :(

We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

      Hi Lorena, its the other way, you push your nose downwards, like in the nose exercise, not upwards

      Hi Ana, i am pushing my nasal muscles down and the fingers are lightly isolating them
