    Love these to relax with too yes so nice I also have seen something though There is a breathing exercise for health that can change how you look too. It increases blood flow to the body and for a while we look younger. There was another where you cool down and yoga like moves that I recall?

    Hi peta!your exercises really help me to retain my beauty at the age of 46.but i have hollows under my eyes and i have eye bags too so which exercise would you recommend?

      Hi Faiza, you have to do a full face routine, you cannot just do one exercise otherwise you can cause more wrinkles

    Peta please make video on how to get short face, my face becomes long, may be because of my wisdom teeth had recently came.. my face becomes really long, with thin chin area, and narrow forehead, Peta I just love your face shape 🌸🌸

      Hi Aniqa, i am sorry but facial exercise does not change skeletal features, the muscles adapt to the natural shape of your face. If you have a long face, you cannot make your face round with facial exercise

    hi ,your idea its very interesting and i would like to follow a routine .it's more like a maintenance routine. but to follow all those video its hard ,can you please make a more simplistic video with all exercises included . or at least the most important ones in the aging process .

      Hi Kamilla, I am sorry, there is not just a "simple" routine. I have created 6 routines for everyone to follow, also face yoga. Possibly go thru the playlists and go thru them. All of the exercises and routines are important. There are exercise along with me routines in the playlists for you to follow

    PETA, Thank you! I did the first 3 series twice and I’m on series 4 now. Do we do 4,5, &6 then do those 3 over? I looked again at the instructions, but not quite understanding that part. Question #2 is, for the neck in series 4, is it true that we stay at 50 reps each side and middle for the whole series 4? Even if the other ex are at 100 or 150?
    I tried to help myself, but unable to find. I really appreciate your help. Happy New Year to you. I turn 65 next month and so happy:)

    I've been doing these since 2019. The past year I just can't stay motivated and it's really starting to show around my eyes. I'm starting to actually look my age
    So I'm back at it. 6 weeks here we go.

    I have been following your face aerobics 2 Series 3 now I'm trying to go to series 4 and you evidently don't have a complete program for me to follow. I like the results so far but he dropped the ball

      Hi Salma, you have to change the exercises up every six weeks with my program, you cant just keep doing the same routine otherwise you will get to a point where your muscles will not grow.

We start with series 1 50 reps, we do that for 5 days, 6th day is massage 7th day is rest. Do this for 2 weeks, then do 100 reps for 2 weeks, then 150 reps for 2 weeks, then take a week off then start series 2.
