    Wow, I’ve been doing face exercises for years and I was still developing flappy skin. Finally an exercise that actually works on the neck. Thank you

      I agree, I be done it once and can see less of turkey neck. How long each day do we do it or how many reps are recommend?

    I have checked out a lot of face yoga channels and yours is definitely one of my favorites; I really appreciate that you go thoroughly through full routines and also take the time to explain the principles and even show muscle groups. I actually prefer being able to go through a full routine with the teacher because then I don't lose count or forget to hit certain areas. I thank you for making your videos this way. great channel :)

    Wow. I started doing this and my neck hurt in the back. Then you explained the focus bit so I changed my focus to the front as you instructed and it made a HUGE difference! Thanks, Peta!

    I just came across your channel. Love it 😀 Why not add a neck and shoulder heat wrap to heat up the muscle before exercise then finish with a heat wrap after workout. Beauty comes with abundance of work. Worth it!

      FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach hi Peta, that’s because yoga is trendy and has always been. When I tell people I do facerobics they tell me ah you mean yoga 🙄 that’s all. I did yoga, I am not saying it’s not good but as Ryan said your knowledge of face muscles is impressive and the way you take time to explain each exercice makes you unique for me. All the face muscles mechanism makes sens with you. When you understand things well you are eager to do these exercises. Anyway I really enjoy the gym, being in series 3 is already a win for me. I gave up on yoga because I couldn’t move my face for days because of fatigue ☹️

    Peta!!! I discovered your channel 4 or 5 years ago (and we also communicated...you were so nice with me!) and then, after not coming back since then, I've found you again and...your channel has grown sooo much!!! I'm so happy and proud of you! You deserve it and, honestly, I had no doubt about it! Although I wonder if I'm the only guy here :-P I've decided to start exercise regularly because time goes by and my face is showing it :-(. With regard to neck exercise I have a big doubt thoug...hope you can help me, Peta. I have no tendency to have fat under my chin (actually when I contacted you years ago it was right because my cheeks had gotten sunken because of lack of proteins); so no double chin but with time - I don't know if it's a relaxing platisma or just sagging skin - I see more and more those "flaps" (well, I dont know how to call them!) between my chin and my neck. They look more evident when I turn my head and...I hate them! Well, my question is (sorry If I'm taking too long!): do I have any hope to sensibly improve them wirh your exercises? Or, do I even risk, as exercises should tend to reduce fat , to make them even more visible? Thank you, wonderful woman Peta ;-)

    Amazing info and approach to tightening facial muscles....how often per day would you recommend? Ive been doing 75 2 times a day..plus the other neck exercise you have. I am 59 male and in good physical shape...I exercise regularly and take supplements/herbs...I feel terrific...now after discovering your channel...I am truly stoked!..Anyway..once...twice....can you do more?

    I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask this but how old are you? You do look very young but then again you may be what I would consider to still be young. You don't have to answer if this is rude but you do have that young "softness " to your face that gives a youthful appearance!!

      Hello Johnson, it also helps the skin, actually, by helping the blood to start to circulate again and in turn feeds the skin with much needed nutrients making the skin so much healthier. Also, as the muscles grow, the skin subtly stretches over the muscles. And this is why if you have a very saggy neck, there is only so much that facial exercise will do,

    I’m doing this in EAWM #3..my last week doing 100 reps. It looks like my neck is getting thicker like a man’s :(
    I’m following your program to a “t” and I also did EAWM #1 and #2. I’m seeing fantastic results so far.
    Could it just be my own anatomy? My neck seemed fine before I started.

    Sorry this is so late in Ca. USA anyway love these they do help circulation a lot it seems . Also have you heard about makeup that is made almost entirely using aloe and things like that? I heard this someplace and know nothing about it I may look it up tomorrow?

      Wonderful, are you following the full face routines on the channel? You cannot do this exercise as a stand alone exercise otherwise you will create your face to be misshapen.

    Hi Peta, On one of your videos you said you did 3 weeks at 50 reps & 3 weeks at 100 reps. Can I do this with all of your series from 1 to 3? The reason I ask is shoulder pain even doing the exercise laid on the bed, 150 reps is to much for my painful shoulders. Many thanks x Hope you and your family are keeping well ☺

      so sorry it was so long Veronique, but, you need to know how to do the exercise, otherwise do it wrong and create more problems. One would think that you would actually be interested, if you wanted to do it right. And if you have no time, well, should you even be watching? there are other programs out there that you could pay for.........rather than have a superior program that will save you thousand for free........

    Hello Peta, Thank you as always - just a quick question. On the original vieo you say to put your tongue to the roof of you mouth. I know these are just update tips - but i wondered, as you dont put your hands together at the front of your neck like in the original video, if you actually needed to put the tongue to the roof of your mouth now as we are pulling the skin back to stop the wrinkes. Could you just confirm please if i still need to put my tongue to the roof of my mouth - thank you xx

      Hi C shah, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, all exercises are beneficial for most concerns on our faces Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1.     One more question: should we push tongue to the roof of our mouth? That’s the only way I can tell to exercise those cheek muscles but again that also pushes out the muscle directly under my chin and would seem to create a double chin. Oh well. I’d certainly like to get these results.

      @@facerobics I've lost a lot of weight but I never really had a big face, my problem area is well I'm not sure if it's jowls or that I've lost volume in my cheeks, I have like a pouch of fat on the corners of my mouth and I just can't get rid of it xx

      the pouches are from you sleeping with your mouth open and stretching your skin around your mouth for a period of time. I would suggest you get a chin strap, try looking at purchasing the red light mask I sell and use massage. This is the only way that I have been able to remove mine also

We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises.     I do the exercises for 2 years but I don't. Know why my chin lose fat and my jaw get worse l am 45 years my jaw looks a women 70 years I don't. Want to stop the exercises what your advise thank you

      Our skull changes shape as we get older. The mandible ( jawbone) becomes square and the chin less defined.

    I am wonder if this actually helps the sagging jowels. It feels good but it seems like it stretches it so now i am worried.

      Hi Angie, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years make sure you do exercises as Peta shows and practice in the mirror, here is the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine.     Hi there Peta , i'd like to know how this exercice work with transgender people since it's supposed to bring back to the natural shape ? Will it make my neck more masculine or femenin or should i avoid this exercice ?

      Hi Akio, this is a really interesting question. The thing with facial exercise is it restores your face back to when you were younger because when you exercise and tone your muscles, just like the muscles on your body, they adapt to the natural shape of your features and body shape. Therefore, if you have a masculine neck, whether you are transgender or not, your muscles will adapt to those features. If you have a feminine shaped neck, your muscle will adapt to that shape, and is the same for your whole face. Facial exercise does not change the inherent shape of your features and body, it cant, you cannot change the shape of your bones and skeletal features. Instead it enhances your natural beauty

    If I push my tongue up to the roof of my mouth I can exercise the lower cheek area, but that also forces out the double chin muscle and I don’t know if I want to be doing that. Sorry but it is confusing to me how to involve the cheek muscles and what we are actually flexing. Or are we just bobbing the head up and down.?

    I can’t tell how you’re doing it. I can’t tell how to do it. At first it looked like you put your pinky finger right under your ear and then the next time it looks like you had your fingers placed down farther. I cant tell where you’re flexing.How are you squeezing the sides of your face the way you said we should do?

    Sorry I am a physiotherapist. I dont agree on how you exercise your muscles. People with neck issues or TMJ problems could flare up their problems easily with this awkward cervical flexion exercises.
