    Hi Peta. Thank you for all your work on letting us have your videos. I have now worked through series one and I can see a big difference in my face already. I can't manage 150 but did 3 weeks of 50 / 100 each. Roll on series 2. Massive thank you x

      Well done Sandi. Give the 150 level a try, you will see amazing changes. When you get to level 3, and doing 150 reps, do 100, then stop, and do some fascia release around the muscle group you are exercising, and then finish off the 50. Do this for all the exercises in the level, and you will find that you will be able to do them as it relaxes the fascia and gives a broader range of movement for the muscles

    I am a new subscriber and have learned the exercises for the series 1. I am on my 2nd week of series 1, and loving the subtle positive effects that I am seeing on my face😊. My question is after I am done with 6 weeks of series 1, do I need to take a break to properly learn the exercises for series 2? Or should I be learning those exercises now while I’m on series 1? Thanks Peta for giving me hope to correct/delay the face aging. Your exercises are truly marvelous 🤩

      HI Spring Fan, welcome to the channel and well done so far. Yes, when you finish level 3, take a week to learn the new exercises in the next series, dont worry about doing any reps just watch the videos and learn them, then, for 2 weeks, watch yourself in the mirror while you do them so you know you are doing them correctly, then when you get to level 2 & 3, try laying down doing all of the exercises. You will have so much more success doing it that way

    Thank you so much for this Mrs. Peta. I’ve had ptosis ever since I was born, it makes me look very bad. Thank you for the exercise, I’ll keep doing this. After 20 years with severe ptosis today Intact right now, I was searching a DIY to make an eyepatch so I wouldn’t have to show it, Luckily I came across this video, I’ve heard ptosis is incurable but I’m still giving the exercise a shot, could you explain more if this would work?       Ashar, I am glad you found the video, but you have to do all of the full face routines, you cant just do one exercise otherwise your eyes will become more droopy.

    I do not understand the point of placing one's fingers around one's eyes if one is not supposed to push or pull. it seems that simply closing and squeezing, without applying fingers to one's face, does the same thing. What, exactly, am I missing?

    I like this session I find it an easier method than the previous for hooded eyes. Is it normal to feel a little fatigue in the muscle . thank you

      HI Teresa, yes it is, but as I explained on the video, all of the exercises are to be used in the Exercise Along With Me routines, not just on their own. If you use it on its own, you will fatigue the muscle and cause more sagging and wrinkling.

      Hi Megha, you cannot do these exercises on their own, you have to do them as part of the full face routines that I have created. If you do only one, and try to lift your face, instead you will cause more wrinkles because of the repetitions. You have to do it with other exercises

      Hi Estela, facial exercises are recommended for Bells palsy, however you will need to see a specialist before you start my program as I have not had Bell's in mind when I created the exercises.

      Hi x11x I am a gym member and been with Peta for over 2 years, yes we need to continue with the program or our faces will return to what they were like before we started the program. We need to do a full face routine here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    Hello... how much does it cost to get a face analysis and for you to give us a routune with all of the uodates. Its hard to follow being that there is always a new and improved method. Also your skin has made a great transformation...is this due to the ultrasound machine?

      Hi Cajun, I dont do face analysis sorry. All you need to do is follow the program as I laid out. It works for everyone. Also, I dont use ultrasound. All of my success is from following my face exercise program, using my skincare line, and using the devices I sell on my website.

      Tiffany, if you are doing my routines you should not be using the device because you most definitely will be running into over exercising that area which will fatigue the muscles.

    Hi Peta, first of all, thank youfor your efforts! You say ' put your middle finger underneath your eyebrow ' but my eyebrows are in a lower position than yours, so I guess I have to put my middle finger on my eyebrows? Is this correct? Thank you for replying!🌹

      Hi Christine, yes, just place them on your brows instead and try just to hold back the skin as you do so

    I am doing all the exercises I need of series 1 for Eyelids, I do the three stages exercise(stright , 45 degree up and 45 degrees down) is it ok to do this also with them or not ?

      Hi Muzhda, I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, the exercises are done in a full face routine, the program must be done as Peta describes, follow along with the videos, we must follow the program, here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

    Hi Peta! Thank you for the videos! Can you please make a video on the best sunscreens we can use on our face as well as SPF lip balm? I find that it's really hard to find good ones because most of them don't have good ingredients or they're too drying. What kind of ingredients should we look for when buying SPF and what should be avoided? I really need some guidance on this because I just cannot find good SPF for my face. I've tried "clean" SPF from brands like Josie Maran but even that broke me out. Also, finding a good SPF lip balm is difficult too because there's very few of them out there and they tend to dry out the lips. I keep hearing that wearing SPF daily is important for maintaining young skin but I'm not wearing any right now because I everything I've tried so far hasn't worked for me. I would love some tips on finding the right SPF as well as suggestions on good SPF products that currently exist on the market.

      Hi Chariots my Day cream contains Zinc, Pomegranate Oil and Raspberry Seed Oil that are specifically formulated to support your skin whilst in the sun. It will be on the market end of June. Keep a look out on www.renewme.com.au. This is all I use. I dont use sunscreen.

      @@facerobics That sounds interesting! I've never heard of anything else being used in place of sunscreen. What degree of protection does it offer from the sun? Can it also be used on sensitive areas of the face such as the eyelids & lips? When you do release it, I would love to see a video explaining how this product works to replace sunscreen. I'm always looking for alternatives to sunscreen because the sunscreens that I've applied to my face have broke me out. However, I'm also looking for good protection from the sun because I'm very pale and always opt for the highest SPF possible.
      I hope you'll discuss this sunscreen alternative in a future video when it finally gets released.

      Hi Chariots by law in Australia I am not able to say how much spf that is in it unless I go thru the equivalent of the FDA in USA and unfortunately it costs thousands of dollars. Instead I have used this and only this cream for the last 5 years. With added pomegranate and raspberry seed oil, it gives extra support to the skin. It is a day cream, that you apply to your face in the morning and thats it. Just use it that way. will put a video out when the new skincare comes in :-)

    Hello Peta in this video you have said you do your exercises in the morning but you have said it is always better to do them of an evening. Has this changed now or is evening still better.       Hi Cat, when doing facial exercise, it might not fix everything on your face, and under your eyes may only rejuvenate to a certain point. All you can do is keep cycling thru the series all the time, follow the program and you will see the best results that your body can give you

    Hi peta. I'm starting series 4 and you say that those exercises don't be any more in TH-cam? I don't understand if in your channel they still free?? Or I have to pay to be a member and be able to lern the exercises.

      Hi Lorena, yes you can learn the exercises and do them just as you would if you were following along with me, S4 & S5 exercises are in the playlists on the channel, learn them, then start the routine after you learn them, 50 reps 2 weeks, 100 reps 2 weeks and 150 reps 2 weeks, just as you would if you were following me on the videos. and then go to S6, do the same, and when you finish S6 after the 6 weeks, return to S1 and start again

      Lorena they have always been on the youtube channel. They are just not in the same form as the EAWM S1-3. If you want that sort of video you need to join the gym. However, you can still do them as I described above from the channel. Go to the playlists, look for EAWMe S5 Official Play list and S6 Official playlist and learn the exercises from there and do the routines as I have described above. you dont need to go to any other site

    I was watching a video yesterday and this lady was saying she doesn’t do facial exercises because she watched a video of a doctor saying that the exercises will eventually make the elastin in your face snap then the face will face, but from what I have seen they exercises work and I have to disagree with the doctor that said that

      Hi Mrs Bartlett, I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, the muscles on our face are no different to the muscles in our entire body, our muscles were designed to be exercised so they can work to their best potential, it is the same with our faces we do a full face routine and we all follow the program which Peta has designed....here is the program The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.
