Thanks Steve! These look great! Helpful tip for cleaning... unplug the Dash waffle maker and place a wet paper towel inside while it is still hot. It will steam clean the inside and soften up the gunk on the outside.
I made these today, just delicious! I don't know which one I like better. Pro tip: cut the provolone (I actually happened to have sliced mozz) with a biscuit cutter, put the scraps on top. Hardly any clean up. Great recipes! I have also made the stuffed chaffle, also fantastic, thanks!!
I made the pizza chaffle and all I can say it was absolutely the BEST of the faux pizza crusts I have ever made, and I have made tens of recipes over the last 4 years. I followed Steve's recipe, then added some Rao's pizza sauce, full fat mozzarella cheese and broiled it for a few minutes. I was finally in pizza heaven and keto at the same time. Furthermore, I did not think it would ever be possible. I can't thank Steve enough!!

I'm so so glad you prior job lead you elsewhere, you are living TRUE.
Thank you! After finding your channel last week, I bought a $10.00 waffle maker, and started on my chaffle journey! Happy to report I lost 3 lbs. since last week! I've made a broccoli and cheese, and veggie that is awesome too! Thank you for introducing such a wonderful and healthy way to make keto foods! God bless you!
I just bought me a Stuffler just because of this video. I can't wait for delivery cause this is the first recipe I am going to try. It looks So Good!! Thank you!! 🤗🤗
I always sprinkle a little finely shredded cheese on the waffle maker and then on the top of the batter. It makes my chaffles crispy on the outside. I'm on my 2nd trip down Keto lane after 2 yrs off. Already a week in and feeling so much better. This time I brought my wife for the keto journey. That means I can't just cheat and eat the same thing again and again. I don't remember chaffles being a thing back when I did it before. I ordered a mini dash and can't wait to start trying all the different chaffles. Thanks!
I love how you experiment with the chaffle recipes. I like to make in batches so I can make a quick mini pizza in the air fryer, or chaffle sandwiches. If only there was a keto Krispy Kreme, it's my kryptonite.

Now I'm sad I didn't buy the silly heart shaped Dash so we could have those for a special Valentines dinner tomorrow night with his other favorite, chicken parm (on a pizza chaffle!). Great stuff, thank you!
Made last night. FANTASTIC! Love the crunch. I have a couple of leftover breakfast sausage patties in the fridge. Will try this with crumbled patties and substitute greek gyros seasoning blend for the Italian and have with tzatziki. Possibilities are endless. Thank you!
Hey i first started trying these yesterday, one thing i do is add a splash of olive oil with the egg after mixing the cheese and almond flower with xantham gum.I add Italian seasoning and oregano as well. I love these pizza chaffles I'm so happy to have pizza on keto/ketovore now!
OMG, Steve! I can't believe you made us buy another kitchen gadget! HaHa My hubs and I used to watch your videos pre-pandemic, but then strayed to the dark side for a few years. We are back on the low carb/keto journey and are enjoying catching up on your videos. After watching this video my husband promptly went online to Amazon and ordered a Stuffler. We received it this morning and made a bacon and egg Stuffler and WoW was it good. Thank you for all your awesome tips, tricks, & recipes. Oh and the gadget reviews!
Hello Steve. If you like the provolone cheese, just find a jar lid or even make your own template for one quarter smaller then the waffle maker? Put over cheese round, cut with knife., problem solved. Plus you can use use leftover cheese for something else. Maybe put leftover cheese in Chaffee mix with bacon crumbles?
Fun to see chaffle demos ❤️- I had a lot of those during the pandemic! I posted some to Twitter that got a lot of attention. Just a plain basic chaffle recipe, smeared them with low fat cream cheese (so you could see the grid pattern through-pretty pic), covered with sugar-free syrup, then sprinkled with a mix of powdered Splenda and cinnamon. Side of berries 😊. Try it!
I can't get a new gadget right now but I think I'll try the stuffed with mozzorella recipe in the dash cake maker as it's a bit deeper than the regular dash. Thanks so much for the pizza chaffle recipe.
How did I ever miss this deliciousness? Made these today and my taste buds rolled their eyes with delight. One of the best, easy and delicious recipes I've made in a long time. Thanks so much!
I found Whisps Italian seasoned crumbs at Sam's Club yesterday...I grabbed them up & told my daughter, "I'm making Steve's breading with these & the Pork Panko!" & she actually knew what I meant... lol I seem to be having perfect timing the last 4-5 months in getting just what I need to make your latest recipe, immediately before you release a video. 😁👍 Ohh the crispy Lasagna edges. Mmm🤤 Gotta try these this weekend for brunch.
Instead of putting all the cheese in the batter, I always sprinkle cheddar (I prefer the "crust" of cheddar better than mozzarella) in the bottom of my waffle maker, and then spread my batter, and then top with more cheddar (about 2 T total, or to taste). It gives it a crispy exterior that tastes like cheese crackers. I use the Dash No-Drip 4 mini-waffle maker because cheddar does have a higher fat content, and this does a good job not letting the fat drip over the edges like it did in the single Dash. I'll have to try your pizza version! Thanks for another great video!
Hi Steve, New to your channel. If it wasn't for your channel, your analysis of commercial products and recipes I probably wouldn't be doing Keto. After making your chaffle my precious wife suggested a butter/garlic dipping sauce. Oh my, I had a gastronomical jubilee. Awesome...thanks.
Hi Steve, thank you for sharing, I finally made this pizza. It’s awesome. I loaded it with more mozzarella and pepperoni on top (from your other video) and stick it in the air fryer for five minutes. That’s our OMAD for today. You are truly a blessing because with all the lessons I gathered from your videos I managed to get my family doing keto with me. They’re slowly losing weight too 😂 Oh I tried your sesame crackers and lupine dip too. They’re absolutely cracking delicious.
I really appreciate what you do. I am new to Keto and trying to find different things, so I don't eat the same thing over and over. I have to admit I have bought a lot of new gadgets and ingredients.

Awesome Steve! - I started following you early in your Chaffle rise to fame so I'm glad you are revisiting them! I don't get tired of chaffles. It'll be interesting if you stuff with your special calcium citrat-ed cheese sticks you made for the corn dogger. But in reality, it looks like you don't have to go through that trouble for the stuffler! And PS - your hair looks great!
Hi Steve - so.. your pizza chaffle sparked an idea for my love of Korean food. I love this dish called Bindaetuk - It's a Korean savory pancake that includes Kimchi. I watch Maangchi, but now I am Keto due to various reasons, one being I am diabetic. Anyway, Bindaetuk is a savory Kimchi pancake. Ok, hold the breaks, even folks who may hate kimchi may just love this. I use your fabulous "panko" crust and in a bowl mix egg white, mozzarella cheese, baking powder, a little marinated ground pork (a little sugar substitute, soy sauce/fish sauce, garlic and chopped green onion or garlic chives) I then cook the pork so it's all safe and stuff and mix to rest of batter. I chop up a little fresh bean sprouts and add. Basically it's your pizza mixture, but with my kimchi mixture in place of pizza stuffages, minus the almond flour. Cutting carbs where I can due to my adding some veggies that add a little carbs there. I put down your panko and then my bindaetuk batter and put just little more panko on top of mixture and then cook. Just let that baby go until it's crispy crispy. My mom who just never seems to like any Keto products, be it a figment of her imagination or a real dislike. Anyway, she loves this. My husband is nuts about it. We make so many of your recipes and follow you to your mind body channel as well. Where you go, I follow as long as it's safe (kidding). As a matter of fact my husband is making the bacon from your channel as I type. He just finished massaging day 2 of the pork belly. Just 5 more days to go. LOL We love your channel and how you present things. Steve, keep up the good work my friend!!

Steve!! Stuffler : panko crust, chaffle mix, then pizza sauce with cheese and pepperoni in the center then batter on top for a Chicago style deep dish pizza 🤯
... "we are going to have some clean up here!" ... Steve, were you calling us over to clean the dash mini? Cuz if so, we are going to need one of those chauffles to offset the plane fare... just say'in
I use 1 c low moisture mozzarella, 2 Tbl almond or Lupin flour, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, and an egg white. You can add crispy bacon or pepperoni, canadian bacon & black olives, or chives or garlic, etc. VERY crispy and super tasty!
You can also ask the deli counter to slice it as thin as they can without it tearing. I suspect that might be a bit cheaper. But I agree on the Sargento.
Don’t give up on the Provolone. You need to trim it to fit. Any other ingredient would be messy if it was hanging over the edge like that. I haven’t made chaffles in a while. This motivates me. Thanks!!
They all looked great, although, I would definitely lean toward a cheesy stuffed treat every time (am I part rat? or just a Wisconsin native at heart?). Awesome job Steve.
Nothing better than fresh Mozz! If you are ever in the Kenosha area, you need to get to Tenuta's Italian deli....the smell when you walk in...I get goose bumps down my back whenever I get to go.
I just bought the stuffler and I love your recipes! I hope you do more recipes with the stuffler. I can't wait to try this. Thanks for the wonderful recipes!
I've stopped using baking powder. I've learned I can make it (single acting) with baking soda and creme of tartar to reduce the nasty ingredients. PS: I tried all sorts of formulas, including lemon juice and ACV. Aside from the CoT performing consistently, it's also a dry solution so it works better in many recipes. I'd still consider using lemon juice or ACV with baking soda, I suppose.
I am so glad to find this because we have a local deep dish pizza place that I love that is def not keto friendly and is also expensive (although worth it). I will top the keto stuffed pizza with Raos.
First time I ever bought an item because of a you tube video, had my stuffler delivered today. Now to finish remodeling the kitchen and get to cooking some stuffed chaffles.
I bought two mini waffle makers yesterday. There was a recipe for Pizza Chaffles that came in the cookbook with the machine. It had riced cauliflower in it. I tried it out. They were totally delicious. The Nostalgia brand machine that I found at Marshalls worked a little better than the Dash machine I found at Target. It was also a tiny bit bigger. I will definitely make these again and I will try your version. They were totally delicious.
Thanks for all the experimenting! For the provolone chaffle, I think I would make a cut from the center to the edge (radius) of the cheese, then overlap that cut to make the circumference of the cheese smaller so it doesn't stick out over the edge of the waffle maker.
I’m going to stay away from the stuffed guys but I’ve already decided to make the original recipe with half chopped pepperoni & half sausage. Maybe throw in a few sliced black olives 😋. Thanks! A great savory grab & go food!
Can't wait to try this. I don't know if you have tried this before but I make your breading and put about 3 Tablespoons in my Dash mini waffle maker and let man is it crispy heaven. I serve it with taco meat, french onion dip, guacamole, just all sorts of things...so good!
well yummy ! looks so cheesy delicious ...first I seen of a stuffelor, have to get one. Appreciate your keto cooking experiments. ( your rockin' the hair dude !)
Love watching you enjoying your delicious creations. Ain't gonna buy the Stuffler, no room for another gadget, but will definitely try the "new and improved" pizza chaffle!!
I just got around to watching this video. Love it. But if I were to do the provolone I think I would put the provolone on a cold dash and trim it... Thx. love you videos. Been watching for a long time.
You make me want to buy the stuffler! Because I’ve been craving stuffed crust pizza and that looks like it would satisfy my desire. Oh, and I say the same thing questioning why I don’t make chaffles more often. 😂
This was delicious! I used Italian cheese blend. I only have a Belgian waffle iron but it worked out fine. Very thick, but very crisp! No sticky mess to clean either. Thanks!
I tried these except i used Ragu pizza sauce in place of tomato paste & added 1/2 tsp minced garlic to the chaffle mix. AWESOME!!! It will be my go to pizza chaffle. Thank you!
The stuffler reminds me of the G-T EXPRESS. Remember those.? I still have mine its just in storage. I used that thing all the time, why I kept it. Cooks on both sides.
Curious on the baking powder addition. Since it’s not normally used with almond flour, do to it having baking soda in it. The eggs are the leavening agent which are already in chaffles. I will give it a shot.
While eggs can be whipped to create a lighter texture, they don't interact with other ingredients to create air, so I'd be reluctant to call them a "leavening agent". Baking soda requires an acid to make air, baking powder requires water to make air, and yeast requires sugar to make air.
Provolone problem seems to come from it being too big around. Maybe the best practice would be to set it on the griddle while it's cold, and trim it to fit. Then put it on once preheated and add the trimmed off pieces on that?
Thanks Steve! These look great! Helpful tip for cleaning... unplug the Dash waffle maker and place a wet paper towel inside while it is still hot. It will steam clean the inside and soften up the gunk on the outside.
or he could have just trimmed the provolone since he saw it was hanging out
What a fantastic idea ! Thanks !

I probably should not have seen that stuffler thingy. Yum!
The cheese stretch is always a crowd favorite!🍕🧀😋
💯
Since we bought a dash mini. Love it.
you can always cut the provolone in quarters and fit smaller into the center if the flavor is worth it . those all look great, thank you!
Very true!
You may wanna check out 2 Krazy Ketos for Stuffler recipes.
@@michelehafthudson2438 Yes, thank you! I have been following them. Another great channel.
I do need one of those stufflers... But if I bring another kitchen gadget into this house I may be homeless...
Just ordered a Stuffler. I can't wait to try this!
Now to finish remodeling the kitchen and get to cooking some stuffed chaffles.
thanks for opening my eyes to a new and better way to eat and cook! keep it up and I'll keep watching and trying new things!
You have a “radio” voice! Love it!
"What else could I do?" is a good philosophy for life.
I refer to it as "be a squirrel". 😄
@@SeriousKeto 🤣
Phenomenal cheese pull with that mozzarella ❤️ Going to buy that Stuffler. You could do almost a deep dish pizza 😊
It probably wouldn't be much of a stretch...
Thanks for the video. The stuffler is a big YES for me. I especially like the idea of stuffing the chaffle with cheese.
Thanks for all the experimenting! For the provolone chaffle, I think I would make a cut from the center to the edge (radius) of the cheese, then overlap that cut to make the circumference of the cheese smaller so it doesn't stick out over the edge of the waffle maker.
Yep
I’m going to stay away from the stuffed guys but I’ve already decided to make the original recipe with half chopped pepperoni & half sausage. Maybe throw in a few sliced black olives 😋. Thanks! A great savory grab & go food!
OMG! I'm using the exact same ingredients right now
So I ordered one of those stuffles. Got it today. Made one using pepper jack. One word. AMAZING. Thanks
Can't wait to try this. I don't know if you have tried this before but I make your breading and put about 3 Tablespoons in my Dash mini waffle maker and let man is it crispy heaven. I serve it with taco meat, french onion dip, guacamole, just all sorts of things...so good!
I'll have to give that a try.
well yummy ! looks so cheesy delicious ...first I seen of a stuffelor, have to get one. Appreciate your keto cooking experiments. ( your rockin' the hair dude !)
Thanks Steve for introducing us to the wonderful chaffle, a great addition to the keto menu. Lots of good info on the channel.
Yay! Ryan, you borrowed a wallpaper steamer, which was great! 🎉
Purchased & can't wait to try this thing out!!! I used your link, I hope you get the credit for it. Thank you for inspiring!!
Now I'm wishing I had seen this earlier in the day. I would have have some version of this for dinner.
Thanks!
Glad you liked it. I saw your comment on the website. 🙂
All I can say is I'm in love!!! I've got chills just watching this pizza stuff sandwich!!! Can't wait to try it! Thanks so much for sharing! 😄
I tried these except i used Ragu pizza sauce in place of tomato paste & added 1/2 tsp minced garlic to the chaffle mix. AWESOME!!! It will be my go to pizza chaffle. Thank you!
Be careful Ragu has sugar in most of their flavors.
Awesome Steve! Thank you for sharing!
We got the stuffler and omg it’s super cool! I’m going to try the pizza stuffler my hubby is super excited!
I just got my stuffler. Can't wait to try it out this weekend.
You’re going to have some fun! 😄👍🏻
Awesome! Thanks, Steve!
Well, I normally fast till 4 o'clock, but it's 1 o'clock now and after watching this... I don't think I'm gonna make it till 4!
You could quarter the provalone and make sure the pieces don't overlap the edge of the waffle circle when you place it down.
Directions is there easy very easy to to follow
Provolone problem seems to come from it being too big around. Maybe the best practice would be to set it on the griddle while it's cold, and trim it to fit. Then put it on once preheated and add the trimmed off pieces on that?
