I can already see a leftover pizza waffle between leftover burger buns situation. This thing is not safe around anyone who has snack cravings at midnight.
I have 3 waffle irons. One is a snowflake and one is Sylvester and tweetybird and one is actually a pizzelle waffle machine (which is our favorite. We make sweet and savory crunchy cookie type waffles with this thing 😊)
I think this is the first waffle maker you've reviewed where everything worked first time, no need to adjust times or batter quantity, very impressive.
I have one of these and love it. You can make some really interesting stuffed waffles. My favorite ones are using apple filling or cherry filling as the waffle filling. It makes for a really nice dessert, especially if you top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
I bought this for my daughter a couple of Christmases ago...she absolutely loved it. I can't recommend it enough. Every single waffle came out excellent.
I love mine. I make a sweet one with cream cheese and berries. I also do savory ones with bacon or sausage, eggs and cheese. Add cornbread flavor to the batter and stuff with hot dogs. Add ranch seasoning to the batter and stuff with chicken, bacon and cheese. So many combinations to try.
As someone who makes pizza waffles often, I recommend adding Italian seasoning to the batter for those ones. I would love to have one of these, and glad to see it works so easily.
I was intrigued by how they were going to implement the "STUFFING" aspect, and it was the most logical way, I was thinking some annoying injection thing like a Bavarian (you know it's a sad day when you spell Bavarian wrong, when your last name literally is the German word for Bavaria, oh well...) donut. This looked sketchy, but seems to be well-thought-out. ONLY thing I would change with it, a locking ring of some sort so you can flip it more confidently. Edit: I mean a locking ring for the handle to hold all three pieces together.
Your camera is amazing! Felt like you were right in front of me! Also the waffles look good. I'm usually not a gimmick product person, but this one looks great. Thanks for your review!!
First item ive seen on your channel in years of watching I actually want to go out and buy. Feels like an easy gift item someone would never ask for but would be happy to recieve.
That looks like a winner! You should give a pizza waffle a try using a recipe for liquid pizza dough. There are a few recipes for that on the net. I'm curious how that would turn out. But just as it is, using waffle mix, it looks great!
Huh. A well thought up, properly engineered product that is easy to use and provides consistent results of high quality? That's just plain incredible. And there seemed to have been no mess, no spills and minimal cleaning required by the end too.
I got one of these because of this video and tried it out this morning. It's as great as you said it is. I made them stuffed with Nutella and they were amazing. Every waffle came out perfect.
I am blown away how those turned out your first time using it. They look exactly like the images and it didn't take tinkering with recipes or cook times or anything to make it work or turn out right. Pretty impressive. Might need to look into getting one of these.

But the divot in the middle of the waffle maker is amazing because it's deep and it's made in a way that you can not have the waffle batter flow out the sides. I make chicken and waffles with hot honey, I make corn dogs with cornbread batter and beef hot dogs, I've made apple pies and other pies, I've even made pizza using pizza dough on the top and the bottom and it came out amazing.
I own one. When I tried it the waffles came out a tad bit raw or all the innards off to one side. However, we tried them with sweet things like strawberries, cherries, and such. I would like to see you try the sweeter side of waffles not savory. I look forward to seeing this.
I agree. I was expecting some sweet breakfast items instead of the eggs. I wonder what would happen if you added raw egg instead of scrambled. It just doesn't make sense to me if I have to cook the whole meal before I add it to the waffle!!
@Sarafimm2 you'd probably lose most the egg because liquid and liquid. Plus, things cooked inside of things take longer, don't often cook at the samerates. 7-8min, you're burning your waffle by the time an egg would be cooked.
It won’t cook anything inside, eggs and raw meats have to be cooked 1st. But imho it’s worth it. I made one with a fried egg, bacon, cheese and some country gravy and it was amazing.
I'm not sure that I'd enjoy the recipes that you made, but I was thoroughly surprised and impressed at the results that you had. If I didn't own a waffle maker, I'd seriously look into one of those.
