    So glad I discovered this gem of a yoga class 😍. Really enjoyed the combo of dynamic movements vs. holding the poses for a longer amount of time. Also love that you added my favourite poses: Wild Thing, Pigeon, Sirsasana, Crow 😍. Feeling powerful, relaxed and satisfied right now 😌. Thank you so much, dearest Kate 🩵

    A great power flow to start off the day Kate. I enjoyed the sunken triangle to wild thing transition and as always…challenged with cow face. 🙏🙏🙏

    That was great and I followed it up with the slow flow!! My lower back has no pain or my knee!!😀 you do a lot of different moves I have not done. Love it. Your my new favorite yogi!!! 🙏❤️

      So glad you listened to your body and followed it with up a slow flow. And I'm thrilled about your knee! I recently started playing tennis and it's very hard on my knees so I understand when it's a good knee day😅

    Hi - Business question. I appreciate your offerings and truly believe in supporting teachers fairly. I have paid the $15 per month for Patreon and have donated a few times on TH-cam. Please be clear. If I am a regular practitioner and would like to support your business, so that you continue to provide content, so I can have fresh new classes. How much would be appropriate to pay per class, or month? to make it work for you? I really do not understand free TH-cam. Do you really support yourself sustainably by free classes on TH-cam alone? OK.... business matters out of the way.... Thank you for your offerings. I appreciate your classes and your channel.

    I really want to do this class, but I already know it will kill me so I don’t know if I should 😭😭

      It's actually not that intense! What I show in the thumbnail is simply a more advanced camel option which is at the end of class, once warmed up.
      It's a ladder flow! So we add on postures every vinyas including fallen triangle, crescent, warrior 3, 2, and reverse. Giving away the sequence - but I encourage you to try!

      I was scared by the thumbnail also! Did it anyway and was happy to find the class very enjoyable! Challenging, but not extreme and very fun!

    This was more of a yin yoga. Not a fan of the ladder approach, nor shortened active yoga which I expected with description of a power yoga. Your moves are challenging which I like. Thank you.

    Good class, but I don’t know that I would label it intermediate if that’s what somebody is looking for. You only spent 15 minutes actually flowing. Half of the class was stretching. Which is great if that’s what somebody is looking for, but I was expecting a lot more time spent being challenged since it was labeled intermediate.

      I hear that! I looked at it as an intermediate class because of the way some of the poses of stretches were more challenging! Even for me as a yoga teacher lol my wrists gotta keep up!!

      I still think it’s definitely intermediate as it’s definitely not beginner and definitely not advanced
