Day 1: I could only finish the first 5 mins and my legs were sore the next 3 days
Day 2: It’s easier, 10 mins done with less reps than what they did

Please keep it to this level of training. Dlamini breaks the moves down and you're able to gain your rhythm, the other ones require Limpopo Boy level I still can't do the gwara 😂

I'm Brazilian, I wanted to know how many days the result will be released, how to do it when Tai's thighs hurt?
Results vary due to many dynamics like how far you are, how often, the nutrition and so forth. If you go through the comments of this video, there are testimonials on how long it’s taking them, it will give you an estimate idea. My advise is not to go aggressive when starting out, especially if you were not active before. Do little by little until your body has adjusted and is used to the workout.
