Being a black man from America and understanding our struggle and history -just brings me joy to see that there is still great strong black male leadership who is inclined to educate and motivate the community in which we live.       @@XtremeHipHopwithPhil this is amazing...42 year old diabetic, 3 year old son, still got all this ‘baby weight’...I am roughly 170 lbs but too afraid to go to the gym because of COVID...I am definitely a beginner but I think I can do this. I need to get healthy for me and for my son. This is so motivating. Could you tell me if there is a 15 minute beginner version? God bless you!

    I have tried so many times to exercise, eat right and i always give up. But now im 32 yrs old, and have alot of responsibilities as far as taking care of ppl etc even tho i dont have children. So now i want to workout so that im healthier and able to age well without hypertension and all that, and i also want to use it as "me time" to make sure that i am ok mentally and physically!

      You can do. Start by simply walking like me, for 30 mins to 1 hrs a day.

      You got this mama. If you can, get a skipping rope you wont regret. Aim for a 100 jumps a day. It's ok if you dont get it right the firts day. U will add more as you progress. Dont give up. All the best.

    The best home workout I have done so far!!! Only 13min and I am sweating quite a lot. I am forcing myself to do this 3-4x a week. This is my 2nd week now and trying to keep it up.

    Just completed the video (1 hour 10 minutes long) and it's intense. What made me so proud was seeing all the people not giving up on themselves and it also taught me to keep pushing forward no matter how hard it is I can go harder frfr.... They did!!!

    Mi piace che gli esercizi li fanno l'insieme tante persone diverse tra loro per peso e preparazione fisica ma ognuno lo fa in modo suo e questo è meraviglioso! Importante fare attività fisica che in una compagnia così è molto più divertente!

    Was inspired to move. Seeing people of my colour doing themselves such amazing work is inspiring but we will not race this.Just amazed n inspired to see people of all shapes n sizes moving after being sick for a whole month which really disrupted my health Journey..70lbs down n 10lbs to go..God bless you n I hope we r all inspired to get fit

    I started on this last night and I broke a major sweat in 9 mins. This is so intense. I need this because I gained back the 20lbs that I lost. And I hate it. Thank you so much Phil for this and every other workout you’ve created 💕
