Adirasam Flour mixec with jaggery syrup(tomoto riped stage) with cardamom poweder & a pinch of salt to give enhanced taste should be allowed at atleast 24 hours gap for fermentation so that next day adirasam once ready will be fine structure with if broken it would break smoothly.
