Thora heavy jaao , maximum jitna Jaa skte ho ,and us exercise k 4 set lgao jisme sbse jyada connection feel hota ho ,😊and around 1 year to basically lgta hai from zero
Muscle sourness is not a measurement for your muscle growth... Agar aap next ya 2 week baad aapka same weight pe no. of reps increase ho rha iska matlab you are gaining strength... (But keep in mind last rep have to be failure point)

Really hate bar curls as not only to hands but when going heavy it starts to pain in my lower back.....
Biceps feels good till 25kgs bit biceps can't feel at that point and when at 35 it really hurts....
From previous 2 months just doing 3sets of classic dumbbell curls and 3 for preacher curls

Sir covid me mere right tricep ka medial head chala gaya hai, ab bhayankar muscle imbalance ho gaya hai uski wajah se, normal sabhi kaam kar leta hu gym me push movements ko mostly unilaterally hi karne ka try karta hu jaise ki presses me ya to dumbbells ya fir plate loaded machines ka hi use karta hu but samajh nahi aa rha ki kaise dur karu is problem ko, is chakkar me stabilising muscles of right arm zyada activate ho rahe hai isliye right bicep aur right forearm left waale ko overcome karne lage hai. Iska koi solution bataiye
