    wow comparing to the other invigorating flows that you currently have, this was the most challenging one. one power sequence after another. ooof! I made it but it was not easy. Can't tell if I liked it but my body is happy I pulled it through.

    Thank you so much for your videos! I've been doing yoga since the start of Covid-19 and have been following better known channels like Adriene, Juliana at Boho Beautiful, and Cat Meffan. I've always wondered why many yoga teachers don't slow things down as I find it a much bigger challenge to hold stillness in a pose. Your flows Tana are the perfect pace for releasing tension, perfect level of heat building, and really so underrated overall. Today I did the flying chair for the first time and came away with a BIG smile on my face. Please keep doing what you do

    Thank you so much for these lessons! I wanted something for cardio but don't like the traditional for of training.     I absolutely like these power kinds of yoga. Sometimes the positions change so quickly and they are difficult for me to follow, but overall I liked it 😊.

    I love your classes, I have been doing Yoga off and on for many years, would love to work up to intermediate. If you could do more beginner/intermediate type classes or give alternatives in your intermediate that would be great, (also I am 61, in good shape but still and older body)

    Tana absolutely love your flows. Thank you for all that you do. QQ when we do the side body crunch- that should only be felt in the obliques? My hip joints hurt in that pose and i couldn't figure out why (no injuries, novice but regularly practices).
