    I just got back home from a long walk in the sun and this flow was the perfect way and class to finish this day. Charlie thank you so much. I started last october with your classes and since then, my yoga routine improved so much. Next friday my journey to become a yoga teacher myself starts and your videos play a huge role in it.     I haven’t done a yoga flow in a very long time! I’ve been doing lots of Pilates, but this is exactly what I needed to work my legs and to BREATHEEEEE

    *not negative I promise*i was getting frustrated at the pace of this one- I have been needing more in order to continue forward progress of my skills. I plan on doing this for my job so I’ve been chugging along…
    BUT this sun salutations is what I started with that made me fall in love with yoga! (About a year ago) I learned patience and evenly worked my body for the first time in my life. This is my “yoga childhood” and I’ll always love it. So, I dropped my ego and took some deep breaths and just enjoyed the chance to go back to basics.
    It’s always gonna be something to go back to and check my spacing on my stance. My placement of hands and feet in lunge, plank… it’s a meditation flow for me

      Thank you- you are extremely neutral when you give cues. Never ever do you make it seem like a step down. Or embarrassing- you have taught me that a mod. Is just a mod. For different bodies. Period. You and my first TH-cam instructor have motivated me to sign up for ytt 200. I’m gonna be doing it this fall. My city has only one studio. And they offer very few classes. I’m excited to fill a void here and fulfill a dream
