I stopped contact with my mil and all her flying monkey family and I feel free for the most part but husband still needs to be there when she asks bc dont want to hurt her feelings ( she guilt trips him) regardless of everything I've been through with her. He thinks I need to just get over it and pretend like everything is fine around them even though they won't even look at me in my eyes. I cant get him to understand my worry about having our children around these bounderyless people.. they sneak and tell out kids yes when we say no. I absolutely hate being there. But do my best to not be so obvious..

My narc ex-husband just called me yesterday, after allmost a year no contact. Because i have been Setting up my bounderies also with his family, and i suppose he was worried because i am getting stronger. I did pick up the phone, because we have children together, that is the only thing that bothered me for 5 min. He was trying to gaslight me but i told him dont you lie to me, i know the truth and then i hung up. I sat for about 5 min wrote something on another channel, went to bed and slept like an angel. I did step on mine and my hands and heart are clean. I don't need to let someone rob me blind to have a clean heart. I had babies to look after, his babies and there's no virtue in letting them suffer for my mistake, or his empty soul. Once the mask was off and I saw what I was dealing with, I paid attention, without him knowing I was paying attention, and made sure he wasn't able to leave me destitute like he planned. Somethings I found out blew my mind and made me so hurt and angry, but I didn't let him know I knew until I was ready to calmly make my move. I was able to get us away from him and we went on to have a regular normal life. It's not always possible, but if it is, don't let nobody rob you, especially if you have kids, it takes too many precious years of their childhood while a parent gets back on their feet. And yeah, either way, get away.
@@TheKim369 okay seems like we may have more in common then you understand, I did the exact same thing, got a sercet second job, pretending to be workin on my weight loss, ignore him cheating with the neighbor, and staked my paper. Was soooo focused that on the first job i got a surprise promotion. I cried omw to work, ( i reflect bk and it was my purge moments) and cried omw home. When at home i played along, just being more silent, i refused sex, cuz i was too over worked id say. I changed all the bills into his name secretly so i prepare for my apartment. I spoke to the landlord and removed my name off the lease, only he knew my plans. I paid two months of rent, and I rented a uhaul and only took my all daughters stuff her whole room. I grabed my clothes and paper work and never looked back that was in 2004. God has blessed my every move every since. He lost his job 2 weeks after i left, then he was evicted after 2 months becuz he thought i would come back so he didnt pay the rent, i gave him a 2 month lead, and his car caught on fire from running it with the stero blasting for hours, playin basketball cuz he wasnt going to work, the wireing was faulty and i was on the bus the whole time. And it took about 8 months for him to get another job. I didnt have to touch him, say anything to anyone! God took care of us!! Thats just one NARC story honnnnnney God showed up, WON'T HE DO IT!?!

I left my ex 3 years went no contact. I have a 5 year restraining order. Since I left I received 2 promotions and relocating to another state. God is good. So glad God gave me the strength to leave and never look back. Thank you for keeping it real.

If you give them any positive energy they just suck us dry and repeat the same pattern. It's our responsibility to be strong enough to just leave them behind. Narcissists are masters at taking advantage of our compassion and empathy. At this point I believe that our goodness must be directed firstly to our own selves, our return to real life, and secondly to our brothers/sisters who like us have suffered and still suffer because of the pandemic of narcissism going on these days. I figured out that the reason I tolerated the abuse because my mom was pretty absent when I was a kid . My biological father put me down and called me fat etc. Thank god I had awesome grandparents who took care and loved me and took my sister and I to church. They helped in making sure I was a good person. Somehow I attracted several narcs in my 20’s and 30’s. I now help others who are going through the pain and agony of getting rid of them. I ended up even getting locked up at 34 because he was abusing me knocking me down and I fought back. My children called the police. Police came and he pretended like he had a head injury. On the way down to jail the cop told me - I’m going to teach you a lesson about being with a man like that. I was so hurt and victimization again from law enforcement. Narcissist are unreal in the things they do. I got out and you can to🙏❤️

He is now married to his mail bride order. All three of my daughters left and abandoned me any my only son. I Love myself more.
What I'm enjoying is that I don't even have to step on my ex narc while he's down because the NS and life itself is doing that just fine. I choose to focus on myself and my children and not worry about what's going on with him, because I know life is gonna whoop his ass. I'm too blessed to be entangled in his mess. So, people let go and let God. Hario, you hit the nail right on the head. He went into hiding with the NS, cut off all of his friends and family for the past 3 months and counting. He can't even show his face or his NS "wife" because how he did me and our kids. People couldn't believe his actions toward us. He was the one always talking about how important family is, bragging about how me and him have been together for so long and how people respect him for being faithful to just me and how he was in the home with his kids. Well, when he got caught up, it was a complete 360. It was like a whole different person emerged, someone I didn't even know. I was caught completely off guard by this so called man.

Everything from getting cheating on, on our vacation, to begging me to move in, then screwing his trashy ex while I was at work, because he didn't work because his mommy supported him. Mine use to almost like revel in the fact that I was miserable/depressed or down and out like if I lost my job or was in a rut it was almost as if that’s when she was having her best time or at her best. Unreal. Meanwhile I would tend to her every need and ALWAYS be there for her , provided unconditional love and never held a grudge always thought I could love my way through things and her being that way. Anytime she was sick I was there to clean up and help her feel better baby her/ hospital I was by her side sleeping in the chair , always any situation no matter what I was there. Yet I was in a car accident and taken to the hospital to get checked out - she wasn’t there. When I was sick it was “Go lay in the room” or “Stop being a baby.” But I noticed this with our kids too she use to get like annoyed with them she once yelled and almost snapped at our oldest when she was only a baby like 2 or something cause she was sick and threw up on something but I lost it on her and shut her up cause I wasn’t having that then picked my daughter up and rocked / comforted her and she threw up a little bit on my polo and I didn’t even flinch I kept holding her and cleaned it up a little and told her it didn’t matter just that she was ok. Probably why today we have 3 daughters all daddy’s girls and can’t stand their mother. They just have no genuine love in them and children can feel/sense those things...

Funny how my ex narc husband is very kind to our children. He has a soft spot for them, cooks for them a few times, but can't keep up for a long time. You may be confused he's a narc esp the way he treats the kids but he loathes me and is glad when I'm not progressing in life.

My narc ex-husband just called me yesterday, after allmost a year no contact. Because i have been Setting up my bounderies also with his family, and i suppose he was worried because i am getting stronger. I did pick up the phone, because we have children together, that is the only thing that bothered me for 5 min. He was trying to gaslight me but i told him dont you lie to me, i know the truth and then i hung up. I sat for about 5 min wrote something on another channel, went to bed and slept like an angel. I did step on mine and my hands and heart are clean. I don't need to let someone rob me blind to have a clean heart. I had babies to look after, his babies and there's no virtue in letting them suffer for my mistake, or his empty soul. Once the mask was off and I saw what I was dealing with, I paid attention, without him knowing I was paying attention, and made sure he wasn't able to leave me destitute like he planned.
Somethings I found out blew my mind and made me so hurt and angry, but I didn't let him know I knew until I was ready to calmly make my move. I was able to get us away from him and we went on to have a regular normal life. It's not always possible, but if it is, don't let nobody rob you, especially if you have kids, it takes too many precious years of their childhood while a parent gets back on their feet. And yeah, either way, get away.

Was soooo focused that on the first job i got a surprise promotion. I cried omw to work, ( i reflect bk and it was my purge moments) and cried omw home. When at home i played along, just being more silent, i refused sex, cuz i was too over worked id say. I changed all the bills into his name secretly so i prepare for my apartment. I spoke to the landlord and removed my name off the lease, only he knew my plans. I paid two months of rent, and I rented a uhaul and only took my all daughters stuff her whole room. I grabed my clothes and paper work and never looked back that was in 2004. God has blessed my every move every since. He lost his job 2 weeks after i left, then he was evicted after 2 months becuz he thought i would come back so he didnt pay the rent, i gave him a 2 month lead, and his car caught on fire from running it with the stero blasting for hours, playin basketball cuz he wasnt going to work, the wireing was faulty and i was on the bus the whole time. And it took about 8 months for him to get another job. I didnt have to touch him, say anything to anyone! God took care of us!! Thats just one NARC story honnnnnney God showed up, WON'T HE DO IT!?!

Narcissists are masters at taking advantage of our compassion and empathy. At this point I believe that our goodness must be directed firstly to our own selves, our return to real life, and secondly to our brothers/sisters who like us have suffered and still suffer because of the pandemic of narcissism going on these days. I figured out that the reason I tolerated the abuse because my mom was pretty absent when I was a kid . My biological father put me down and called me fat etc. Thank god I had awesome grandparents who took care and loved me and took my sister and I to church. They helped in making sure I was a good person. Somehow I attracted several narcs in my 20’s and 30’s. I now help others who are going through the pain and agony of getting rid of them. I ended up even getting locked up at 34 because he was abusing me knocking me down and I fought back. My children called the police. Police came and he pretended like he had a head injury. On the way down to jail the cop told me - I’m going to teach you a lesson about being with a man like that. I was so hurt and victimization again from law enforcement. Narcissist are unreal in the things they do. I got out and you can to🙏❤️

He can't even show his face or his NS "wife" because how he did me and our kids. People couldn't believe his actions toward us. He was the one always talking about how important family is, bragging about how me and him have been together for so long and how people respect him for being faithful to just me and how he was in the home with his kids. My narc husband tells my teenage daughters that I'm a narcissist and now they keep telling me I'm a narcissist and I always act like a victim.
Mine use to almost like revel in the fact that I was miserable/depressed or down and out like if I lost my job or was in a rut it was almost as if that’s when she was having her best time or at her best. Unreal. Meanwhile I would tend to her every need and ALWAYS be there for her , provided unconditional love and never held a grudge always thought I could love my way through things and her being that way. Anytime she was sick I was there to clean up and help her feel better baby her/ hospital I was by her side sleeping in the chair , always any situation no matter what I was there. Yet I was in a car accident and taken to the hospital to get checked out - she wasn’t there. When I was sick it was “Go lay in the room” or “Stop being a baby.” But I noticed this with our kids too she use to get like annoyed with them she once yelled and almost snapped at our oldest when she was only a baby like 2 or something cause she was sick and threw up on something but I lost it on her and shut her up cause I wasn’t having that then picked my daughter up and rocked / comforted her and she threw up a little bit on my polo and I didn’t even flinch I kept holding her and cleaned it up a little and told her it didn’t matter just that she was ok. Probably why today we have 3 daughters all daddy’s girls and can’t stand their mother. They just have no genuine love in them and children can feel/sense those things...

Tana Foster Yaa it really is and it was validating / freeing to finally learn about the personality disorder of narcissism and how she fits it to a T because I finally was provided with answers/an explanation for years of her actions. But it’s also extremely saddening/depressing knowing that someone you tried so hard for gave a decade of your life and genuinely loved and lived for is literally incapable of returning any of it...
Yes, sounds just like my sister. That's textbook full blown narc. And I'm sorry you endured that, but grateful you're out and now wiser to help others.
@@ethanharvey4869 my sister actually manifested her demons a few timee. It's not a joke- the demon(s) have legal right to control their lives, thus they carry out their purpose through human form- the only way they can.

Funny how my ex narc husband is very kind to our children. He has a soft spot for them, cooks for them a few times, but can't keep up for a long time. You may be confused he's a narc esp the way he treats the kids but he loathes me and is glad when I'm not progressing in life.
Hallelujah I made it. The new supply is working very hard to give him everything now. Baby, paper, money, food joy, name it.
