Chyna and Keshia it's so crazy hearing the same thing that I've been going through. I also slept like I was on a cloud at first. Not having someone who purposely would never let me sleep or disrespect the house after cleaning after working 12 hour shift. But the depression and panic is a struggle still.

Wow Chyna that story!! Yesterday narc messaged me to say he had to go to work and could i pick up my child from school. I said no. He wanted shared custody so figure it out. They always have to come back. Damn shame that it even has to be this way.

She could make me depressed with out evendoing anything ! how she did it , don't know ! She could suck happiness out of the room ! I spent my time trying to make her happy ! The DISCARD came when I just didn't care anymore ! Let me tell you this: I was always buying new light bulbs and they just never seemed to give a nice bright light ?? The Day she left ! the whole house was brighter ! it felt lighter . I used to have pain in my lower back ?? it drove le crazy ! Thats gone too ! I can walk normally again ! I can cook va meal without having to sit down because of that pain ! IT'S GONE ??
