@rishikeshyogkulam The video demonstrates 1 "round" of Surya Namaskar. When the right foot goes back, it should be brought forward in the same round. At least that is what I saw in other videos. an you please clarify which approach is correct ? or it does not matter ? Thanks !
There is mistake in Shastanga Aasana. In Shastanga, instead of chin your forehead should touch the ground. One minor error is in Ashwasanchana that your tow should be in upright position like pushing against the floor not resting on floor, like when take a mark for run. Another is you come to standing posture before completing for your left foot, after completing for right leg and came to padasthasana, you should go for left foot and when left foot padasthasana completed then came to standing position🙏. That's complete total 21 postures in Surya namaskar 🙏

They’re different. Mountain pose you bring your feet together and downward dog is with feet hips distance apart
