Leveraging AI: Using Suno To Generate Samples For Beatmaking

An excellent use of tools like #suno and #udiomusic generated audio is creating royalty-free samples that you can chop and slice to your heart's content. I took inspiration from an old ‪@DJPain1‬ soul beat chopping video and opened my kimono, letting you watch me try chopping a sample for the very first time. There's a lot to learn, but it's a cool concept... AI can give us unlimited samples to chop, as long as you can prompt it properly.

I've done a little research since publishing this and have seen some better ways to edit the original sample using the Logix stock Sampler plugin. I'll probably do another video using that method. But, still drop your comments below if you have other ways to accomplish what I was struggling with in this video. :)

wow , I never thought of sampling this way, yet can hear the sound that familiar to your ears, wow I did not know this is how sampling works, it really catches those nuances of music Man, am gonna try this one, I was kind in a beakmaker block , this looks and sounds fun, shout to you and DJ pain

The result may not be a masterpiece in terms of musicality. However, I really appreciate your research on new ways to tame the beast of generative AI now that it has invaded the music realms, and we, as music creators, are faced with existential anxiety.
Similarly, I also try to process my existential anxiety while experimenting with how to make AI useful and not just use it for convenience. Thank you!
