    By far this is the most realistic, healty and thruthful “how to loss weight” vlog. Some vloggers (who claims to be an influencer) either promotes unhealthy ways to loss weight or they are just promoting dietary supplements without scientific evidence.

    Same here calorie deficit, fasting, low carb and low fat works for me. I also include low salt for more healthier options.

    Im a 14yrs old po nag try po ako mag Lowcarb diet for 4months yung dating 70 naging 50 sobrang confident ko masyado tapos binalik kopo sa date yung nga bad eating ko kase inisip ko di na ulit ako tataba. Tas ngayon parang binalik kolang lahat ng na lose kong weight......hindi ko na po alam kung paano mag sstart ulit🤦

      Don’t be too hard on yourself ❤️ the fact na nagawa mo mag lose ng 20kgs is 🤯 (super wow!) So it means, kaya mo sya gawin at kaya mong gawin ulit. Just think of the reason why you want to do it, and keep holding onto it.

      Thank you. Actuall March ako ngstart regular workout. April I started fasting and low carb no rice po. Pumayat naman ako kaso naiwam braso ko at hita. Yung taba niya nsa elbow banda ung sa legs sa knee naman. Huhu.

    Ate from 95 kgs down to 59 kgs... Nagawa ko po but somehow, na bumalik sa 69 yung timbang ko :(( naisstreess po ako ... i did intermittent fasting :( pero hindi ko na po maibalik.. Im 5'6 feet tall and my goal. Again. Is to lose weight til 60. Ate any motivation there? I badly need :(

      Wow! Ang laki ng pinayat mo, congratulations!!! wag po kayo pastress, just stay in the range your ideal weight for your age, height.. ganyan din ako sis pumayat tapos tumaba ulit. It took me one year to have the strength para magpapayat ulit and it’s totally fine! Work at your own pace. Kung nakaya mo una, mas kakayanin mo ulit next time. Hugs!! 🤗 just think of a reason why you are doing it and focus on that reason ❤️

    Hinde ako maka diet dahil sa mom ko pero im eating less than 1 cup of rice a day tas 10 glasses of water a day, can you give me a workout routine, im 15 pakase tas ang ganda nyo po at ng results i cant believe you're married💗

      Try mo yung mga workout routines ni emi wong or chloe ting. If pwede ka lumabas kahit walk/jog ka lang, any activity you feel like doing just to keep your body moving. Best of luck!! 🤗

    Ako isang beses lng kumakain ng rice a week, tas d gaano sa sweet..but d nman ko pumapayat.. keto cake pa lagi ko gingawa, kape ko no sugar..

      Baka po hindi for you yung keto. Sakin po hindi nag work yun. Low carb low fat worked for me. ☺️☺️☺️

      Hello dear! Walking na lang at least 30min to 1hr a day ang exercise ko. I eat rice every once in a while. Surprisingly I’m not craving for it at the moment. But if I do, syempre in moderation pa rin. Like 100g/1 cup. I’m 5’3 po pala ako 🥰

      Hello po! 45min to 1hour a day po tapos nung una, halos 5-6 days a week. Then nung nareach ko na desired weight ko 2-3 days nalng 😍

      Hello po! Actually, Nag start ako by eliminating yung mga pinakamalaking contributors sa carbs = rice and sugar. Bread and pasta na din. Malaking bagay na po yun. Then nung nasanay na ko, mas naging meticulous na po ko sa carbs na kinakain ko. ❤️ you can try doing that din sis. ❤️❤️ good luck po!!

      Yes sis, medyo mahirap na when we start to age. Same here, hindi sya kasing bilis compared nung 20s ko. Pero kaya pa tin natin to! Go go go 🤗🤗

      Nareach ko yung goal weight ko in approx 3 months. Pero I continued it and lost more. So total 5 months and counting ❤️

    huhuhu.. nasa weightloss journey rin ako 😭😭 naiistress nako pagdi ako nagbabawas ng timbang.. 8kgs palang kasi nabawas ko sa 3month 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

      @@karlachameleon4474 10kilos pala sis kasi 83kgs ako nung March.. kaso ndi ako nagdiet nun.. pagkakilo ko nung June 82kgs nalang ksi nalockdown ako malayo a magulang ko.. kakauwi klang nitong June dito samin...
      nung nagstart ako sis.. July 16 ata.. from 82kgs.. 73kgs nalang ako ngaun sis.. bale sa diet ko.. 9kilos na sis sincle July

      Naku sis, don’t stress out. You’re doing great. Maybe try to adjust your routine para hindi ka mag-plateau. Like changeup your exercise or food. That’s what I do din. Pero wag ka mastress sis, bawal yan. ☺️

      @@karlachameleon4474 anu ba magandang exercise o diet sis? huhuhu.. bumalik ksi ako 75kgs.. kasi kumain lang nmn kami kahapon ng chicken sa labas.. although low calorie food naman knuha ko dun di ko alam kung bakit ako naggain ng weight 😭😭

      Hi sis! Revlon ultra HD matte lip color shade 655 sis. Hindi siya matte pag apply though, kaya kailangan i-tap ng tissue and reapply then tap again para maging matte. Pero if you like glossy lips super nice din naman nya ❤️
