I just got my Lavazza dek decaffeinated beans and I am so excited. I own the Gaggia Anima and am new to the system. I notice that I don't get much crema and my coffee puc is really wet when I clean the holder. Any help?

@@paokchalkida just hold the cappiccino button and adjust its you self, how you look it. like 25% strong coffey 75%milk..
