I tried a cadorna milk with the gaggia latte art wand but had poor results as the machine will only produce steam for a set period of time based off the drink selections available. I can’t remember for sure but believe the longest steaming time came from the frothed milk drink set to max ounces. However it still would time out to quickly. Whole latte love was great to deal with and swapped me out for a cadorna barista plus which does a much better job of steaming milk. Both machines make great coffee

You're right about the Cadorna Milk and I should have mentioned that - there is no "steam" option, only a "frothed milk" preset which can be adjusted up to a max of 12.17oz. I personally found this more than enough to steam for one drink in a 12oz frothing pitcher, but I suppose that may be different if trying to steam larger quantities. Glad to hear we got you sorted out and you're happy with the Cadorna Barista Plus! AJ
Hi r, Thanks for the question. It can be done. Like all manual frothing it takes some skill to produce latte are quality froth. It will not be as easy as frothing with a prosumer level semi-automatic with higher steam pressure and velocity.
