that kinalas looks delicious, but maybe you should try beef mask/beef cheek. the reason why it's called "kinalas" is because after you boil the cow's head/mask, you "kalas" (detach) the meat from the bone/skull, and that's the usual meat we use in kinalas. :)

Just wanted to say that I think hae bee is dried shrimp which comes from the Hokkien word Hae for shrimp, bee for rice because it’s dried and as hard as raw rice. The Tagalog patois became heebeh. Your vlog is always full of good information. Thank you!
