    In this 12-minute HIIT workout, we'll do bursts of intense cardio followed by short rests. The cool thing about HIIT is you'll burn calories while you rest, so you'll continue burning loads of calories even after the workout is over.
    This is a great workout to do before you jump into another targeted toning workout video. It's also great to do it whenever you're feeling kinda meh and you just want to get a little energy brewin'. I love starting my day with HIIT when I'm feeling weird or whatever.

    hey please help me! i wanna so bad slim legs😭i would do anything to have them, i’m eating healthy,exercising but im not seeing results, im going for a walk (1-2hours) or running for about 20mins every day and where is problem? i stopped losing weight for months, please help me!!! gimme some tips i need tips!!! i took photo of me and idk why i think i gained weight😭 even i am on my weight loss journey for months ( started in january ) please gimme tips🥺maybe it’s muscles but i dont think so i had so much cheat days😭.....
