    This feels like if an introvert had a workout channel and I'm here for it. Especially the sound bath stretch breaks. I'm sweating and yet oddly soothed.

    Did this workout last night, absolutely loved it! It destroyed my legs but in the best ways, I'm adoring these fitness videos. Because there isn't any chit chat it makes it super enjoyable for me to use as a guide on the daily. I'm starting your abs challenge today and I can't wait! This is what I've been needing for ages x

    This is awesome, Rachel; I can't believe how much effort you guys have put into the new channels while still posting dope stuff on mango street. I really appreciate the little tips you've put in too; I had no idea I was doing squats wrong until now, plus I learned a bunch of new moves.

    So I'm a climber (primarily bouldering), I usually push myself really hard and have high goals set to break my grades, which means I train really hard. But since lockdowns have been put in place and all climbing gyms and outdoor climbing has been closed (I'm in Australia currently, for climbing ironically), I have seriously struggled to keep my motivation up, and quite frankly uninspired to do any training. After doing this you have helped fuel that fire, giving me the motivation to keep the training up, and a bit of guidance to push through the pain. Who knew that my photography gurus would be my training (and financial thanks to Daniel) gurus as well! Thanks you guys!!

    This is a perfect work out !
    From a person not that much in shape, but willing to go back, I know that I can do this workout and I know that I'll improve from time to time.

    this is great, seriously, wanted to start doing a workout like this a day for so long, never found a good one that encouraged me like you do (the fact that i'm a mango street fan for several years probably helped ;) but hey, since you uploaded the first one I always try to do at least one video - thank you ! keep doing :))

    I love how the first two breaks had me stretching and looking at beautiful timelapses and the other ones had me basically panting in the floor.
    That’s so good Rachel, I’ve been looking for this kind of workout for a long time, I’ll come back to this (even though I cursed your name four times during exercices) (it’s on me I have the muscles of a baked potato) (I’ll try to be less rude next time) (ok bye)

    I did it! Loved that it wasn't over the top! Got a few glitches in editing (jumping rope, though written: jumping jacks, text stayed in frame multiple times like 2:24) Would love to understand what to do in breaks, but I improvised with some yoga stretches :D This is the first workout in a long time for me, might stick around :)

    I see you teasing your planks all the time, but I’m a yoga teacher and that rounded upper back is how I prefer to set up plank pose. Plank doesn’t have to be “plank” shaped necessarily. It can be a bit C curved shape. I think it is better at strengthening the muscles around the scapulae and I think it requires more of the abdominals. So to me, it’s a beautiful plank.

      @@RachelGulottaFitness It's always so weird for me working out with glasses (Plank Jacks and Burpees = nightmare), but I have really bad eyes, so I need them :-/ I too love that you work out with glasses, I have never seen anyone on TH-cam do that, so know that this is really appreciated, even when it sounds totally weird 😅

    Ok so I'm trying to rate the sweat level of every Workout I do, so I know how intense they were for me when I want to do them again. So this video only gets 💧 (out of 💧💧💧) because I simply didn't sweat. That doesn't mean that it didn't work my whole body though so it was still a really nice workout.
