i also like to use the athlytic app to just get a bit more out of the date the apple watch collects
its a bit like what garmin does
i really like looking at it once or twice per day but i always take it with a grain of salt
remember: all smartwatches are wrong but some are helpful

Did you setup Sleep Schedule like on the settings I showed? And make sure sleep focus mode is on while sleeping?
I did yes, I found some steps online to reset fitness calibration and that seems to of also helped!@@ShervinShares
Im torn between apple watch se or coros pace 3.. i walk daily about 8-9k steps, gym twice a week for an hour, a couple of 1mile running a week, and pool swimming once a week on the weekend.. currently i have a cheap smartwatch just to track my steps but no swimming tracking capability.. male 41 years old this year

Everyone is freaking out about the $150 a month personal trainer thing, and yeah while that’s not affordable (or practical) for everyone, that’s very much in line with the pricing for just 1 personal trainer session in a month and he’s getting daily workout plans. Sounds like a steal to me!
If someone searches on google or watches a trainer on yt they wouldn’t need a personal trainer….. and you save 150$/ month. Call me cheap but you can find literally anything online. Any kind of help and information is 100% available for anyone who knows how to make a basic search…. You don’t need a personal trainer you just need good information to listen to. And the internet is full of useful information, you just have to search a bit.
So have you used Tongkat & Fadogia and seen results? I’ve never heard of those two.

Both the calorie estimate on your watch and calories on nutrition labels are meh, but they're consistent meh. This means that if your diet and exercise is consistent, you can calibrate via regular weigh ins¹. On a previous cut, I had to drop 1000 cals to lose an average of 600g per week
¹Weighing yourself should be done in a consistent fashion too. I weigh myself in the morning after 1 coffee and going to the loo. My meal the night before a weigh in is always the same, and I weigh myself the day after a rest day, which is enough time for me to have dropped the inflammation weight from exercise. In the beginning of getting to know your body's fluctuations, you should weigh yourself daily and note exercise and carb and salt content of the last thing you ate before weighing yourself. Medication can also throw it off. For instance, NSAIDs can see me retaining 2.5kgs of fluid

Bruh.. When i was shreaded and looking like fking Boyka from undisputed but on steroids.. i was single because i did not have time to do enough socializing meet a gf.
Now i have something in between buff but somewhat of a dad stomach and ofc i got a gf.. But the motivation is kinda gone to get back into ripped shape.. Also my Testosterone went from 18 to 14 nm/L or whatever the measurment is..

@3:00 dude has a Coros which is a running watch and arguably better than a Garmin. An apple watch is not even close to a coros or garmin when it comes to running specific training.
I review watches for a living! Apple Watch Ultra 2 actually has the best HR accuracy on the market and is better than Coros with GPS
