      @@TVsez You should really just get a trainer and see for yourself how far you can go without steriods or PEDS. You don't need PEDS to get a build like his most MMA fighters are built like this on training alone. Powerlifters NEED the assistance to recover and recruit more muscle mass that would be detrimental to a fighter who needs to be efficient with oxygen and very agile at all times. Not saying he didn't take any type of substances but you rarely need it to get to this level. A benchpress is not declared as functional cause you do it only for the purpose of doing it.
      Never in real life u lie on the floor pressing some weight over your belly..
      Deadlift may somewhat but also not, cause if you take something off the ground iRL you mostly have to do it in some odd way, therefore the deadlife does not prepare u for this.
      That's why does typical gym bro moves are not declared as functional.

    Why the envy? Jake has nothing to prove, he has the resources and is making a positive use of it. Just strive to make the most out of what you have. I feel sorry for those who are insisting on making Dr Mike react to this. Nothing against Dr Mike, it's good to be informed but think of where it is coming from. Remember that nothing good can ever come out of spite, envy, insecurity, superiority complex. It's all a sign of low self acceptance when you have nothing better to do than to watch others being "roasted" and criticized so you can take pleasure in it. If that's how you want to live you life, well your choice.

    Man, Jake really knocked it out of the park again. I'm surprised to have seen him bloom from a guy I couldn't stand watching, to one of the most versatile and interesting actors of modern cinema. Absolutely brutal.

      Why couldn’t you stand him?

    • @Smirkules
      @Smirkules หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DonnieBrascoo Honestly, I can't pin point it exactly. It felt like he needed to act out something, that he didn't seem passionate about. Clearly this is all projection though. It could have just been bad casting.
      I just know the movie that started to change my perception, giving him a chance. Which was Source Code. Not to say every movie he's been in struck gold since, but his acting was always on point.

    • @DonnieBrascoo
      @DonnieBrascoo หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Smirkules One of is first movies was Donnie Darko which is a cult classic. Brokeback mountain is another very good picture. But I understand what you mean. He’s in his peak now.
      He was phenomenal in Nightcrawler, Prisoners and The Covenant.
      He is without a doubt one of the best and most versatile actors ever.
