hvr not adding more measures after activating afib. Anyone else?
Stumbled upon this video thanks. I’m trying to improve my heart function.
Has anyone ever tried wearing one with lifting straps? Like will it work if you had to pull it up your arm another inch?
@@JoeBlow-mw5oo yes it seems to work fine, maybe not as accurate but I haven’t had any issues
Even with all the correct settings on and I calibrate the watch doing outdoor runs. The treadmill runs are so off. I’ll run at 8:30 pace on the treadmill and on the watch I don’t hit a mile till 10:00 and sometimes it can be 10:30 . Is there any way to fix this!?
Love ur videos by the way!
best tip is to get a foot pod connected to Apple Watch. that'll get more accurate distances. This is the best in market right now

Shervin, I would like to hear your reaction on HRV false values.
take it all with a grain of salt
Great video! Could you possibly make a video about making your Apple Watch as accurate as possible for open water swims? I cannot seem to get it to work right like a garmin watch. Recalibration doesn’t seem to work as well.
i'm scared of fish in open water, but i can try haha
Bombas socks are one of the best socks I ever wore. What workout would you choose if you sit on a ball and bounce on it as you sit on it my Apple Watch starts tracking a walk workout in the background
hmmm i dont know for that one!
Sir could you please tell me how much space does your apple health app consume on your phone? I just bought an apple watch and I didn't realize that apple had their data stored on your personal space rather than on their servers and I am afraid that it might accumulate to large numbers pretty fast. please reply. thank you!
great question! i think it's only a few GB. i haven't checked
@@ShervinShares if you ever had a chance it would be cool to know, since you actually work out using the watch. Most people have Apple Watch because it was sold to them as a deal from Verizon or some other carrier and they don’t use it for anything but notifications lol :)
A possibility to manually calibrate the kilometers on the watch on the treadmill at the touch of a button would be fantastic with the Apple ultra ❤
Well done on the HRV! Keep it up.
Good job on this video.
Thanks Shervin. I was on the cusp of selling my AWU as I’ve just bought a Garmin Epix. I’ll keep them both now.
uh oh hahah
@@ShervinShares don’t laugh at me brother! It gets worse…as soon as money allows I’m getting an ice bath too!! 😆
I really enjoy your vids…sharing knowledge and making those shares fun and entertaining
