As a nutritionist and trainer I think your video is excellent. I’ll be sharing. Now get some muscle. You got this. I believe in you. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
The best most sincere and knowledgeable video yet! So sincere and motivating!

Good for you man
I'm currently on my weight loss journey as well and my apple watch has definitely helped me! I've dropped 40 lbs in 6/7 months so far!
Good for you man. What an accomplishment!

Wonderful video, got into the details and very useful
Great job explaining how to use the watch to lose weight. I don't know how I stumbled upon your video, but I'm glad I did and hope to learn more.
Very helpful video! Thank you man!
Great video, really insightful and inspiring! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
CONGRATULATIONS and thanks for paying it forward
Huge help i'm trying to lose 80 lbs to get back to ideal weight and didn't know where to start. This was fantastic, thanks!
Great video and congrats on your achievement. A couple of things to consider:
1. My previous research revealed that losing 1/4 to 1/2 pound per day is safe, and reduces the chances of weight bounce.
2. That 3500 calorie figure depends on your weight. We don’t all burn a pound at that figure
Might seem silly, but i needed that message at the end. Thank you.
Well explained bro😊
Great video and way to go on the weight loss. Just starting my journey.....
Im so proud of you! thanks for the tips.......
Such a great video!
These needs more views. People really forget how simple it is to lose weight.

thanks for the vid, should do more like this.
Great video ❤❤❤❤ I need to do this and lose weight 😢😅. What work outs should I be doing? I have no idea what exercises to do in a gym
Good on you I am in same boat and have been working towards my goals since November. I just feel like your calorie intake is crazy low.
Good for you dude!!
Thank you for the video
Hi. Can you give some alternative watches that are compatible woth iphone?
Great video. I also wear an Apple Watch for cycling, but unlike most, I am trying to gain weight in the form of muscle. But having issues getting over the 143lbs. I get there and I'm so full that the next morning or two, back to 139lbs. I'm using a smart scale that links with my Apple Watch and Apple Health. But never noticed the Total Calories, thanks for the info.
Your inspirational BRO ❤❤❤❤
Hey, I wouldn’t be able to afford a new I watch but I could try and get an old series 2/3 in few months. So I’m wondering if that will do the job of tracking activities accurately?
😢gotta long way to go !!!
Great video
I used apple watch to loose a lot of weight. Thanks for sharing
Good for you congratulations 👏👌
Congratulations! You look amazing and I’m sure you feel even more amazing. I’m next. 😂❤😂
i lost alot of weight as well but i lost alot of muscles with it,,and i used to just walk but i really wanna start going to the gym but i feel like i dont know where to start , so plz tell me how did u start lifting or just start in the gym in general
me too , i lost 5kg and my muscles are gone :S
thx for not having an annoying voice! yahh good job
So you tracked you food intake? Calories?
Did u ever experience any weight stalls and how long did it not see u to lose that weight?
Thank you for this video! I recently bought an Apple Watch & I’m now trying to learn how it works & I have to admit that those daily/weekly reminders in the fitness app really helps. Although last week I didn’t do that well, but yesterday I closed all the rings & my goal is to do it again today. But - I find the calorie tracking to be a bit harder, but I’m learning & Im trying to do my best. A question: I’ve been doing this before (but then I didn’t have the Apple Watch) & was able to lose weight & be more active, but then I’ve gone through a couple of surgeries followed by long periods of time afterwards of not being able to workout , to then going into surgery again. I’ll go through more surgeries in the future too & Im finding it a bit hard to get back on track. Do you have any suggestions for me about how I can approach this?
Congrats. Hope you at least kept the Oilers sweater.
I did!
So what’s the best app to track my calories? So when I grab something to eat I can mark it real fast
I use that total calorie number every single day. I base my diet on it.
I’m trying to lose weight with my Apple Watch can you help me know what to eat
I would love some help from you
Now you just need to lose the oilers fan in you 😂 but good work on the fat loss. Your future kids and loved ones thank you. 🎉
6:27 6:29 Valorous.
The watch didn't do that for you. You did it yourself.
Thank you! However, the watch was definitely a useful tool in the process. Helping me understand all the metrics associated with weight loss
He lost the weight him, but as the title suggests, the Watch helped him
title literally says "helped me"
Stop gaslighting the apple watch
Looking for someone to compete with ⌚️⌚️
Mannnnnnn
3:18 it is actually between 30 and 100% of error in recent studies.
Because you didn’t have money left to eat after buying it?!?
So you didn’t really mention what workouts you did while losing weight. I have my Apple Watch ultra and would like to use it for this purpose. I am 310 pounds, and my doctor said I have to lose weight before I have health issues which are already starting to happen. I don’t have the luxury to lag on this. I’m not ready to die over stupid choices I made when I got out of the army. I have to lose weight and change my life before it’s too late. If you are open to giving me some advice I’d absolutely love it. Maybe you have a way we can private message or something? You don’t have to be a coach just a few pieces of advise based on a few questions I have. If not no worries.
Honestly just try some walking swimming and such thats pretty easy way to start and just eat a little less and some more protein rather than food tryin a protein shake rather than sum breakfast hope this helps?
This might be a little late, but I just seen your comment. I'm also a fellow army vet too and I know your struggle. We've got bad knees, backs, and other health issues going on and it's super rough. If you're anything like me with those issues + a new GI disease going on with myself you need to start small. Start by going for small walks in the evening after work, add in some "girl" push-ups where you're on the ground with your knees and just doing push-ups assisted, add in some sit-ups as you can as well. If you have the ability to use gym equipment that's even better because you can lift, use bikes/rowers (easier on our knees), etc. Don't over-do-it initially because you'll just burn yourself out to early! Take it at a slow and easy pace, and then as you build a routine start adding more exercises into the mix. Then, just like he said in the video to watch what you're eating. You've got the apple watch already, so use that as your tool for the baseline to track your expended calories, look up some at home work-outs from youtube if you don't have equipment/gym, and watch/track what you're eating (you don't have to do it as extreme as calorie counting but it helps). I hope this kind of helps you out, and that your overall health is better than it was 9 months ago brother.
I like MyNetDiary better than My Fitness Pal and MyNetDiary didn’t give away all my personal data and password in a hack like My Fitness Pal did. Congrats on an awesome accomplishment! I agree with everything you have said. You are a Rock Star!
That was great 💚💚💚🫡
