I think even if the other shark (except lori) do the deal. The scrub daddy cannot go this far. It's not their field so it's Understandable if they don't take the deal. It's bad for the investor and also bad for the product itself.

Totally agree. I didn’t buy one for a long time time and one day I decided to try it and it’s seriously a super great product.
Yeah Mr wonderful might have had a point, but all it takes is one chance to try it and it changes your mind on sponges
While it is a bit pricey (compared to regular sponges, not in terms of initial cost) it's definitely worth it, been using them for about 3 years and only bought less than 10. Awesome product.
Yeah I keep a scrub daddy at home and actually need to restock. They’re so awesome and replace so many other cloths & cleaning products!
“Not for long I’ve got scrub mommy and scrub baby” Instantly changed everything
The whole story behind Scrub Daddy is that this guy was a factory manager at a 3M plant for almost 18 years. The material that was used was produced by 3M for a product they never launched and stayed in the factory warehouse for years. 3M never had any interest to continue using this material so they never applied for a patent. Big win for this guy. One day his wife asked him to clean the porch furniture and he got the boxes with the material from the warehouse and went home. That is how he found out that the material softens when using hot water and hardens when using cold water. Pure coincidence.

@@carson2725 Don't go there LoL. I mean she had the stores and promo and ideas and such. (Clean up on aisle 2) (Back pedaling real fast) :-)
I mean, yeah... thats kinda like... the whole point of Shark Tank...?
Not like I could figure that out
This guy is good. Really good. He knew when to do the infomercial personality. He knew when to speak like he's on their level. And he knew when to keep quiet. This was a perfectly executed pitch.
Huge respect for Lori for seeing the potential
Lori wanted his product immediately. She knew the potential. Smart woman! Also I love my scrub daddy. It's the best sponge I ever bought.
same!
Whoa, you love scrub daddy? What do you mean about that? 🤨
smart men too!☺️
@@gheetuio8640 Bro…Who got you smilin' like that????
@@ganondorfsolos4670 Ngl, if they added the word “me” between scrub and daddy, it would’ve been ultra sus
Lori always says : “I can tell instantly if the product is a Hero or Zero” and she said this is a Hero, and she is right.
You know what they say woman is always right!
It is my favorite cleaning product. I have the Halloween, Christmas, regular & dish daddy. I love it sm LOL
@NonExistingMortal 💀🤣
@NonExistingMortal oh nah did em dirty 💀
She really has a good intuition for business ventures.
It’s crazy to watch this now knowing that scrub daddy became one of the best sponges out there, & continues to go viral 👏🏽
I live at the end of the world in New Zealand and I just bought my first Scrub Daddies!!! He must be laughing to the other side of his face and good for him. He deserves to be successful!
They didn't think people would buy at $2.80. I gladly pay $3.88 every time. When I was struggling with depression, using scrub daddy on my dishes was something I looked forward to. That sounds silly; but something about a smiling sponge just cracked me up. To this day I buy scrub daddy products. Not just because of the smile; but because of the quality of the products. I know I'm getting something that is going to last a long time.
the product was so good it cured depression

You could see a shine in Lori’s eyes when he was presenting this. She knew this would be a hit from the moment he finished his speech, and the way he held his ground cemented that.
Exactly what I thought. When you know, you know😉
Lori knew what was up.
Her eyes widen and she starts breathing heavily when she sees the presentation with the weights because she knows how well that'll sell on QVC lmao
fr! Lori's THE GOAT!
My grandma would spend a good chunk of her social security check and my late grandpa's pension checks and also maxed out multiple credit cards buying stuff on QVC in her old age, until the family realized and one of my aunts got Power of Attorney and handled her finances. My grandma would sit and watch QVC (and game shows and older movies on TCM) all day and order a bunch of stuff like this. She definitely would have ordered a bunch of Scrub Daddys for all her kids and grandkids if she was able to. It sells. It's also just a good product.
9:56 bro started drooling when she said that lmao
This was the best episode, scrub daddy is genuinely a great product and it feels so good to watch them fight over it

I actually met Aaron Krause at the airport yesterday, and he was extremely nice. He’s sending me and my siblings free scrub daddy tshirts, gave us free gifts, and talked with my dad for a majority of the flight. He was extremely humble and incredibly nice.
It's so wholesome to know a nice hardworking person like him have made it big. I love my scrub daddy, best sponge ever.
ur so Lucky u got to meet the Scrub Daddy.
So, did everyone on the plane clap?
@@CountryCowboy008 everyone stood up and clapped ☠️
This is the type of person I’d rooting for to succeed.
This is a great example of THE perfect pitch. One of if not the greatest pitches in Shark Tank History
Aaron's the man with complete confidence that isn't just talk, he's got the willpower to make sure that the Scrub Daddy works so well and that it will appeal to customers, he's ambitious but with a happy soul.
This guy changed the world. Why? Because even I have a scrub daddy next to my sink. This was probably one of the best shark tank inventions ever honestly. And it's just so simple but so creative.
Yeah. At the end of the day it's still a dish sponge, but they pack in so many useful features compared to a traditional sponge. It doesn't get stinky, which is the biggest plus for me, it's far more durable, and the temperature affecting the texture of it is pretty neat. Plus on top of that, it's cute! Just a happy little guy helping you keep your kitchen clean. Fantastic product.
Yeah scrub daddy is the best sponge I've ever used.
Absolutely agree. I see them everywhere in Canada. We have a few! They usually end up in people’s stockings at Christmas too and they are THAT good! 😊 go scrub daddy
I mean it's even made it's way to danish and other european markets, literally saw them in a big super market chain here.
It’s my FAVORITE sponge!!!! It NEVER has gotten smelly or moldy or dirty which is incredible! I think I paid almost $10 for mine and that was over a year ago but I’d buy it for $30 if I needed
“Why give up 30% of your company?”
Said the man who gave the insulting offer of “50% for 100k”
He just didn't want Lori to take the deal
Never watched Shark tank, but by this 12 minute section, I would have also picked her. She was taking the product seriously, wasn't trying to bring him down, talked about *how* she would help him, and she understood how much a good cleaning product is actually worth. :)
I just went out and bought myself a Scrub Daddy. Way to go, Aaron & Lori 💛
you can tell lori cleans at home and is familiar with the target audience of this product. none of the other sharks saw the potential of a simple sponge but lore understands the value of a product like this
