    I have tried intermittent fasting and it was really helpful. I struggle with any meal plan because I work night shift and I’m constantly switching back day to night and it gets confusing for me to know when the appropriate time to fast is. Great video. Thanks for sharing

    Hi. Absolutely loved your video and the way of explaining. I'm a student. During the eating phase can we take milk and cereals? And if I'm doing 1 to 9 pm, I'm supposed to eat only twice right? At 1 n 9 pm respectively

      Yes, you can eat during your eating window and you’re not limited to two meals (just keep an eye on your calorie intake)

      Great that at least you're trying. So if you're not able to stop completely, reduce the quantity and switch to better option like jaggery. Is tarah se dhire dhire aap completely band kar paoge. Hope this helps😊

    Doing IF since 2yrs. But to loose weight may be menopause. But feel good body light and atleast some fats shredded out. What vitamins you take daily? Thanks for information 👍

    Is soy ok? bz its very controversial topic. whats your thought on this? or how did you come to the conclusion of including soy in your diet. bz i am vegetarian.and doing IF. soy would give me enough protein. but afraid to add. pl share your thoughts, that might be helpful

      Well, I have no idea which tips you have followed of Rujuta Diweka so no comments on that. But Intermittent fasting works like this and it’s easy to follow as well.
      Do give it a try but keep a track of the calories you’re taking by following the tips I have shared.
      And yes, a cup of black coffee increases metabolism and it has nothing to do with hair fall. Hope this helps 😊
