Probably possible for a pre-selling procject that's priced conservatively. But more realistic to make a down-payment of at least 20%. Very few condo projects now in Metro Manila priced under P4M.
how far are you willing to manage a short-term rental in the Philippines?
Currently, my operations are limited to the central and southerm portions of Metro Manila and Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

For me my worst challenge are Pests. I want to feel and charge premium, kaso panira ang pests!!
Hirap talaga ng pests, sobrang outside our control. We can try preventive measures but mostly outside our control

Can i lease to a filipino that rents on the condo longterm then sublease one of the unit rooms to Airbnb to offset the cost of their rent ?
I reside in the US and find it hard to Airbnb host my condo from afar its a challenge
I think it is more cost effective to have someone rent the Property from me to live in and Airbnb host it

I have a condo that Im renting out daily as staycation. I dont have airbnb account pero laging fully booked 80%+ occupancy rate.
Ang laki ng charge sa Airbnb ang mga pinoy staycationer ay always looking for the lowest rate.

Struggling talaga sa Airbnb specially the condo is hindi na maintained ang pag pest control. Lalo na garbage room area Maraming guest na di disappoint 😞
Mumurahin kapa 😢.... Taasan lang talga ang pacensya
Some guests don't understand na we can really only control our own unit. Pests issue is a building problem.
