Cleaning and Laundry are at the heart of the Airbnb business! While it's cheapest to do this yourself, managing an Airbnb business can become a demanding full-time job especially if you will personally trouble yourself with these tasks. But even before selecting your home hosting platform, you might also be in the process of buying a condo for Airbnb. Before you do that, do note that not all condominiums allow short term rentals. Thus, I've put together a video detailing Philippine condo developers and the likeliness that you'll be allowed to use your home as an Airbnb:

Technically speaking, whatever you put in your amenities list should only be what guests should expect. After all, the first Airbnb listing in the late 2000's only had an air mattress set up in the living room of an apartment. No frills, no amenities, and thus the name: AIRbnb, for that AIR MATTRESS! But since its humble beginnings, Airbnb has not only become one of the few unicorns but actually, a cultural phenomenon. Now, Airbnb has set itself up to become not only as a cheap alternative to hotels but one that can actually rival the industry in terms of guest experience.
So you've spent quite a bit in getting your place ready for short term guests. You've taken great pictures, photographing your place at its best angles! You've even made a great write-up! Maybe you've even made an Instagram page and other social media accounts for your place aside from making your listing on Airbnb. While well and good, that is truly just the start of the battle. Being an Airbnb host goes beyond these aesthetics. Now it's time to get your hands dirty and become a legit Airbnb host. Here are the 4 Pillars that make up your Airbnb business.

Hello Mark, thank you for some of the info. However, I really need some help which I think, you can do for me.
thank you. Just a recommendation for door lock, you can buy and set up a digital lock instead. It will also prompt you thru smartphone notification that guests has entered or exit the door
Thank you! I'm actually using a digital lock at the SMDC units that I'm managing since it's a requirement. It's convenient but I guess I'm still cautious in case the tech breaks down for one reason or another. I guess I am a little old school and like the manual mechanism 😅 but thankfully it hasn't happened yet!

Hi Sir. My friend asked me to co-host her condo unit. Little did I know, I will supervise in the renovations or improvements. She's only paying me Php500.00 not covering my taxi fare and lunch. In other words, I ended up not having take home pay but only reimbursements. One time, for human consideration, I bought bread and water for the cleaners and those who installed the bed. My friend did not reimbursement bec. she gave Php500 already. Even my lunch and communication expense. Could u help me to decide if I will jst tell her that I am willing to co-host only after the renovations..?? Please, I need ur intelligent, if not compassionate opinion... Thanks!
Negotiate what would be worthwhile for you. Else, no reason why you shouldn't walk away.
