15 MIN FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT (NO EQUIPMENT)

  • Hello GLO-ERS!
    Here's a 15 minute full body workout that you can do this from home because no equipment is needed! We'll be doing 1 minute per exercise and after each exercise we'll have 15 seconds of rest.
    Remember to warm up and cool down (links to these are also down below) and feel free to repeat the workout for a longer workout!
