I said it in another video but this fine young lady has the GREATEST lower body I've ever seen. Assuming no surgeries and all work, this is easily a 10/10 lower body. Congrats on this epic hard work.
I really like the music! I’m no where near the ability to do any of this but… I love your style. I feel like you’re my alter ego 😊 so… I’m attempting to try. I’d say I’m in really good shape for an almost 50 year old mother of 3 but I’ve become this way through yoga, Pilates and some cycling with a past history of high intensity training. I just love how having muscle makes me feel and the older I get the more attractive I find it on an older woman because now I see what an impact it has on one’s health. I’m adding in more weights and I already see and feel a difference in like 2 weeks. It’s nuts! It’s like a breath of fresh air towards aging! Good job! Keep it up. We need people like you and I tell ya I don’t at this time want to go to a gym (so spent on driving and people, prefer to stay home (I do belong to a yoga studio I go to regularly so I’m good on the networking as I type maybe I should expand my horizons… You explain things really well and you keep it real! Yes. The angle of your torso will change the emphasis on targeted muscles. Vertical torso will engage quads more, and leaning forward will engage glutes more. Unless I have it backwards..lol

I don't think so, she's a powerlifter and have like 7 years training so i guess is more strength goals, but idk hehe just my opinion.
