OMGGG, I love u! I'm a beginner with these kinds of workouts and you explained everything very well & clear.. very easy to understand and I appreciate you being honest with the heavy breathing.. it taught me that even people who are the most in shape with the best physiques also sweat/breathe hard no matter how experienced they are.. I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm learning to fall in love with the process & not be so hard on myself/over think it... Thank you (: xoxoxo.
I don’t know if this video is to old to see comment, but I want to thank you for this workout I had my knee replaced about a year ago. But this workout has done wonders for my knee I can actually do a lunge now. Thank you for this video.
Thanks for your pro level leg workout! Really appreciate the tips on the pacing during the RDL's. I've been doing regular deadlifts recently with dumbbells and struggle with my tempo and breath. I am still fairly limited with the weight of the DBs in my home gym so the advice to slow things down resonates. Looking for more great tutorials like these!
Here is a bonus mobility tip for the cossack squat. try doing it bodyweight to keep it safe. keep hand straight on the knees of the leg that squatted. push thru it, to open up the hips even more. for weighted version, just do regular ones with full range or half range. up to you
Great instructionals. Very much appreciated. Would love to see an instructional for those of us with some experience, but now into our 50s. Joints and lower back can’t take the oly lifts and barbell moves like they used to
This is exactly what I was looking for thank you so much! Will definitely incorporate this a few times a month and experiment with increasing weight in the squats and lunges. Love the pump in my legs after the explosive jumps too! Thank you again!
Please please do a leg workout that does not involve squats or lunges 😢 I've a busted meniscus and struggling with what to do to rebuild quads and glutes
That outro music at the end of your videos really motivates me to do some serious baking. Particularly by going to the gym and building a massive cake. Thanks for sharing...you've got one of the best physiques in the business. 😊
It is definitely true, a lot of consistency and a few grams of TRT work miracles😂....come on, her boyfriend is an athlete trainer and she has been an athlete since school.....come on, what are we playing, we are not children... Also the voice is a little deeper, but well maybe he has a cold.
There's a myriad of other choices of gym clothes to wear, but it is ultimately her choice to change into something that doesn't make her feel uncomfortable. Like the person before me said, talk to her and help her find a solution to her problem.
why is it that you do not do full squats? they are barely at 45%. why isn't it necessary? you do not think it is a good idea? Do you think it is not necessary?
It was nice to hear your breathing! That’s helps to know when I should breathe and release
Saved!! Thanks Kelly ❤ Would love to see this as a series for other muscle groups like glutes and upper body
I have done this workout several times and I noticed it’s better with a proper warmup, it’s challenging

Thank you. This is exactly what i need. I work out at home & have neglected my legs since the world ended. Much appreciated.
Fantastic video with fantastic explanations. Thank you!
Stumbled upon this. You have a beautiful calming accent and you are a pretty amazing instructor.
Liked and subscribed too. Thanks Kelly.
That’s true, very likable lady.

As a new CPT I love to hear how you go about verbalizing the proper mechanics! I find it hard to find the right wording at times😭
Great workout. Excellent vid. I really like dumbell only workouts. Thanks!
Thank you for this Kelly! You helped make my day better! 💚🙏🌞
Yesss I needed something exactly like this. I've been loving stripping back to dumbbell only workouts so this is perfect
Excellent Kelly! I definitely need to add this in and mix it up.
Good demonstration of strong technique, I like the low reps too. Good break in between. Can't wait to try this at the gym.

Muchas gracias Kelly!! Eres una gran profesional. Ánimos sigue así ❤
Going to try this

3 sets of dumbbell rdl 8-12 reps (slow
tempo)
SS of walking lunges 10-12 reps (shift to the walking leg, knee slightly touches the ground) + lunge jumps 12reps (90min rest) 3sets

What's your current diet like? How much protein do you consume in a day??
This is really useful. Thank you and Cheers!
Thank you for this amazing leg day!! Could you explain the twist during the lunges? Can’t wait to try!
Liked, and subscribed as soon as I saw your stretches. Your arms wow!

New Subscriber! Thank you 🙏🏽
It’s something so simple, but love the form point on the squat jumps! I have jumped the counter productive way this whole time 😅 no more though!
Me too! 😅. Loved her form.

Amazing workout hit every muscle in my body without feeling gased and stressed out
Can we expect a full upper body with only dumbbells & a flat bench?

Def saving for leg day on Monday. TFS! which Metcons are you wearing and have you noticed differences amongst Metcon variations?
That outro music at the end of your videos really motivates me to do some serious baking. Particularly by going to the gym and building a massive cake. Thanks for sharing...you've got one of the best physiques in the business. 😊
My favorite Gymgirl 💪😎. I love you Kelly and grettings from Mexico 🇲🇽😘.
Never saw the rotate while lunging before, what does it do?
BEST GLUTES ON TH-cam 🏆 🥇 🏅 🏆
I need my thighs to look like that!!!
I want to know how bad it hurt to get the butterfly tattoo? I heard the shin tattoos are very painful.
what makes putting your hands down during a squat jump counterproductive?
how often should i do this for best growth?
How heavy is the dumbbell you are using?
What does that wedge do for you (when you're doing the low squats)? And what's the name of that wedge?
How do we get those packages of muscles in the legs ? I use the leg press at the gym but the Pump and the muscle mass does not stay in the legs..
Hi! Question, how do you juggle strength training along with sprinting? I’ve been trying to do it but it’s hard! Lol. Also, do you offer programming?
To the cameraman: Stop moving the camera during the exercises. It's bad practice for any instructional video. Also, stop using low angle.
Lol the audacity of you to tell someone how to do their job 😂😂😂 shut up
😂😂😂 but 4real

Matrix principles is the half reps
Kelly didn't get like this overnight folks, just keep that in mind.
Exactly! That's why the majority of us don't look like her. Time and consistency.

I burnt 1000 calories just by watching this🥵
Very helpful. Excellent instructions & instructor. Annoying treadmill background noise.
A treadmill is kind of a weird deal
Miss Kelly, you are so cute and beautiful. Please take care of yourself. You are loved.
Use a tripod for your camera and ditch the camera man/woman 😂
No way I am travelling with a dumbbell
She's hot I did pull ups really easy yesterday...... today is maybe sprints n then legs will see n jump rope 😊

the guy running behind is so annoying😡😡
All is good excepted the head
Can you help me understand why my gf wears gym clothes like the ones you're wearing, but complain about men looking at her?
Ask her.
There's a myriad of other choices of gym clothes to wear, but it is ultimately her choice to change into something that doesn't make her feel uncomfortable. Like the person before me said, talk to her and help her find a solution to her problem.
sounds like you're a clown

You talk too much during workouts. Most of those things you're saying could easily be written below the screen. Too much talk kills momentum.
Terrible video .!!!
Awesome ❤!
