That is what I call an update. Great job as usual. I noted you mentioned that the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be to the immediate west of this property. I guess that is a change in plans. It was believed that they would be building a Ritz Carlton there. The Hard Rock Hotel was initially slated for the long slender strip of land to the immediate west of Iberostar. The concept has been online for a while. Just Google Hard Rock Jamaica. Of course the plan could have changed. I know they are very close to finalizing the Casino licensing part with the Government of Jamaica. They are waiting on that to break ground. Thought you may be interested in seeing the original plans though.
Much appreciated sir! Yes, our enquiries led to said information. Also that no work has started as yet. In future updates, we hope to get more information on all that's happening in that space.

They need to stop selling the beach fronts. It's so stressful to find a beach where you can find peace in certain places, especially Mobay...the fishermen are crying, low wages of enslavement stressing the mass sets their minds into a state of madness ..and then you wonder how some youths rather to take up a gun...when the peace is hard to find. One thing i hate the most about our government, they're so licky licky and greedy only for themselves. And the PNP want to bring back in the PNP.
None of these projects benefits Jamaicans..Sad
The goal is for Jamaicans and Tourist to just consume while they profit all...

Don't worry, these new hotels will provide a lot of underpaid jobs to local Jamaicans.
