Thanks again for doing this vlog. So much progress with these new dvelopments. Looks like they are on schedule for late next summer. The Unico in Riviera Maya has 5 unique restaurants so I think this one may be the same or perhaps slightly more. Th Hard Rock will break ground once thee government approve their Casino License.

Correct me if I am wrong.. but I thought the Hard Rock was one of the two towers?

You could have used some Reagae music to show de place.

I do not think the towers themselves have started yet... the structure itself that is going up currently is the commercial area. I think just behind it, foundation is being set for the first tower though. Either way, progress is progress and I love the pace at which this project is chugging along.

The beach looks very sea-weed-y. Not impressed.

With all these development, where will the water come from?

I don’t know if you’re interested but just below the Long Hill traffic lights an apartment complex named Lot 3 is being built by Concept Homes idk if you’d like to cover it.

The Chinese really don't play. They broke ground for this right after they announced it. Meanwhile the we haven't heard anything about the Assent in over a year. Wouldn't be surprised if the project is dead.

I never like dormitory communities. I for one prefer to live close to or within walking distance to amenities, shopping and public transportation. I thought by now that section of caymanas would have been built up with all those amenities in place. What’s the future plan for the area around caymanas?

Far away from big caribbean capitals like Santo Domingo, Dom. Rep. San Juan, Puerto Rico or La Habana, Cuba. But happy for you.
