We make our second visit to this location to present and update on the development of Montego Bay's newest Hotel. Footage for this video was recorded on Thursday July 18, 2024.
Located in Lilliput, St. James Jamaica, Montego Bay welcomes it's latest Hotel. At a distance of only 16km(15mins) from the Sangster International Airport, this spanish-based Hotel is on the verge of creating something spectacular in the parish.
The UNICO group has Hotels in Mexico, Dominican Republic and the United States and this is its first inclusion of a Resort in the English-speaking Caribbean and it chose to make Jamaica its home and for that we are truly grateful and excited to see yet another world-class Hotel on our shores.
Also in the pipeline is the Hard Rock Hotel, another mega project to be undertaken in the area. However, no work has started on that development as yet, based on what we were informed. In Drone's Eye View fashion though, we will be covering the progress giving comprehensive aerial views of what is happening.
We hope to monitor the developments of this Hotel, as well as other developments taking place in and around Montego Bay; notwithstanding other infrastructural developments elsewhere. With that, we implore you to stay tuned to our channel!

When is the Unico scheduled to open? Hard Rock? I love the Hard Rock brand and ready to experience Unico. I can't wait!!

Thanks again for doing this vlog. So much progress with these new dvelopments. Looks like they are on schedule for late next summer. The Unico in Riviera Maya has 5 unique restaurants so I think this one may be the same or perhaps slightly more. Th Hard Rock will break ground once thee government approve their Casino License.
