To the end of your video where u were flying, there will be a ritz carlton Hotel. When everything is completed, there will be three hotels. Unico, hardrock, and ritz carlton.
Mobay has easily 150, 000 people...I don't think the censuses are picking up the added population of such new housing developments as Bogue Village, Montego West Village, Meadows of Irwin, Union Acres, The Estuary etc....the Census is flawed...
I can DM you the actual link so you can review the info on the Hard Rock as that will make more sense. What I now understand is that the Hard Rock will now be built just to the west of Unico where they are clearing the land. That has not been confirmed by anyone but word on the street is that 2 resorts will occupy that space. I would still love to see the original design built next to Iberostar as I think is is gorgeous. Perhaps it could be built as the second Ava hotel in the chain. The first Ava just opened in Cancun and it is also spectacular.
ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS ITS SO AMAZING TI SEE SO MANY HOTELS GOING UP IN MY BEAUTIFUL ISLAND 🏝 JAMAICA 🇯🇲
Very beautiful finish this hotel gonna be

No Ritz...Moon Palace Hotel instead...
Nice work man. Do we know when this project is set to be completed? Seems to have a long way to go.
