Awesome video! You gave out a lot of information in such a short time. Thanks! I've one question - Does the process remains pretty much the same for those coming from technical backgrounds? I don't have any problems with PST and motivation parts but I'm having trouble in understanding some of the business concepts which are used in cases.
Thanks Abhinav. It depends on what role you are applying to. If it's a generalist role, then the process is the same (though the individual interviews might be less demanding to your business lingo). If it's a tech role, then more emphasis is put on your tech skills. Anyways, with a tech background, I'm pretty sure you can master the business concepts easily. Which ones do you have problems with?

Something seems very wrong with the audio in this video. I'm hearing duplicated voice tracks that are not in sync (I think), and voice panning from left to right and back again. It's very distracting. I'm not trying give you a hard time, just letting you know that something is off in a big way.

Так вы сейчас в Стенфорде учитесь?

Why is your top preference McKinsey?
I think it's about their recruiting efforts. In college, I thought they were "the best of the best" largely because of their successful PR. Plus, the top-performing studens from my class including me were invited to visit their office. I liked the office, I liked the consultants I met (who were alumni of my college and super friendly). As I knew little about other companies, I thought that McKinsey was the best option
